"I really enjoyed our relaxing stay here! The hotel was very modern, clean. And staff were so so friendly! We did have ants in our room but the team were on it straight away to solve it. The rooms were very comfy and modern. Only thing I would say is that there are a lot of lights in the room and coming in from outside, even with the curtains shut, so I did struggle to sleep properly without my eye mask. The air con is quite loud too so ended up turning it off. But overall, 10/10 for staff and welcoming. Breakfast was average, the omelette man was the best part. Other elements weren’t as good and could do with proper tea bags and a coffee machine. Overall though, beautiful stay, beautiful pool, friendly staff and I love the fact that it’s a very short walk to a beautiful beach! Thank you!"

"The best located hotel by the famous Zlatni Rat beach. You can reach the beach on just a couple of minutes walk on the paved path. The Suite with Sea View was spacious with a sperate elevator access. The Room Keeping Crew did an excellent job. There is a very good restuarant across the hotel with outdoor seating overlooking the beach. We ate there most days. The veal and fish dishes were delicious. The resort in a gated area, and if you have a car, they give you a card that opens the gate. Free uncovered parking is available. The beach was very crowded in July, but very beautiful. There is a charge for lounge chairs and umbrellas."

"I stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall I would say the experience did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is located next to a roundabout, so there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. The room itself felt quite basic and lacked warmth or interior design charm. There was no couch or comfortable sitting area, and the TV was both small and positioned very far from the bed, which made it less enjoyable to use. Breakfast options were also limited, with very little variety from day to day. The kitchen mainly offered egg-based dishes, and I expected a wider selection for a hotel of this category. I also tried the food served in the lobby area, but the quality was disappointing and tasted more like premade food rather than freshly prepared meals. The stay was acceptable overall, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve to better reflect a true 5-star experience."

The room was spacious and worked well for my family of four; the pool and breakfast area was beautiful. Mel & his team couldn’t have been more accommodating and hospitable. We had originally made plans at another hotel on Brac but I switched here a few days before our trip and I’m so glad we did. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"Google maps is generally our trusted guide, but this time we got lost in the maze of narrow alleys in Bol. Our host had sent out special instructions, which we entered, but we still got somewhat off target and had to ask around locally. Once we found the place, the parking lot is spacious, although it lacks shade. Our hostess gave us a useful introduction to the area and a helpful map. The location is very convenient with only a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The beach requires a longer walk, but goes through a smooth pedestrian walkway with good shade. Beach towels were kindly provided. Not surprisingly, this kind of place draws big crowds during peak season. Unfortunately the TV didn't work since a storm had nocked out the connection. We learned this only after considerable testing of remote control options. That would normally not be of significance, but we missed a quarter final in the Women's European Championship that we had looked forward to watching. The kitchen was well equipped. There was no in-room safe."

"The owner of the apartment promises discounts by booking directly with her rather than on the various sites and then canceling everything on the last day of your stay. The rooms do not have all the comforts present in the description (e.g. iron), there is not even a wardrobe to put your clothes in, but only a hanger and not even bathroom products. I conclude by highlighting that when I arrived the door handle was broken and I hadn't been told: I had to ask several times to fix it because I couldn't even open and close it without it remaining in my hand. Terrible service and absolutely unprofessional owner."

"Hotel Kastil Perfekt location, very close to everything - shops, restaurants, the sea, bus station, harbor, buildings, wine tastery, walking areas…so beautiful! Excellent free wifi. Ordinary ”beige” room, comfortabe double bed, quite large fridge, wine glasses, good bedlamps and el. sockets. Very, very small balcony (even for 1 chair!) but with nice sea-view (211). Bathroom nice and updated though lack of hooks. No (plastic) glass for tothbrush. Two persons might consider a standard double room very much too small. No lifts. Nightlife in hotel area ended around 23.00 hrs = silent nights. Dark extra window-doors. Textile lught curtains at least 60 cms too long (why?) NOTE: Very Poor cleaning/ the daily cleaning took max 3 minutes and was only to fold the sheet, push up the cusions & fold the bathroom carpet. The toilet was not cleaned during 5 nights statmy, no roomcarpet vacuum, no cleaning of vine glasses or shelfs. Other/hotels photos Breakfast ordinary / good & fresh but not as excellent shown in hotel photos and no serving at table - it is self service! Nice large outside breakfast area under sun/rain protection roof, perfect seaview. No "art-towels" or sweets on bed as shown in hotel photos. See also my cleening comments."

"Lovely stay at a lovely resort. Perfect temperature for us, in the first week of june. Not to many people. Absolutely okey buffet, nice and busy staff. A little noisy in the dining area though... The rooms were very nice (family room with 1 bedroom). A nice little stroll down to Zlatni rat where the trees gave us shade and okay snorkeling. I from here on prefer pepple beaches! A special mention to the animation team and especially Filip, who tried his best to keep is activated despite the heat! I do wish that there was petanque (boule) balls to borrow, since there are lanes for it. The table tennis was however great."

"A memorable and unique experience in Bol. We were greeted with a fresh homemade lemonade at the reception upon arrival. We sat and relax for a while at the same time admiring the deco and the historical pictures of Bol on the wall. At the same lobby we had a few cocktails in the evening. Breakfast was served on the outdoor terrace with sea views. It was very special and delicious with plenty of choice including homemade cakes and fresh fruits. Hot breakfast was served a la carte on the our table. The property has a hidden garden on the back with sunloungers on the natural grass. The best feature of this hotel are the staff. Their attentiveness and kindness make you feel at home from day 1. We cannot recommend the property enough tho anyone looking for a quality stay in Bol."

"Very conveniently located in the middle between the beach golden horn and the embankment with restaurants. There is a small pool and area at the pool. Good breakfast. The room for one is very convenient, only lack of a roast at bed, shampoo and shower gel are provided. Sweet little balcony, even there is a glass of wine, but I learned about it late, so the wine on the balcony couldn't drink. So I'll come back. Very nice town of Bol, I didn't want to leave."
