They are very strict with their rules but does not addressed complaints properly. Room is nice but not clean. There’s a lot of hair anywhere in the floor, under the seats and in the bathroom. Aircondition is terrible, it defeats the purpose. When we complained about it all they say was sorry and said that may be they just don’t met my standard which makes me more triggered. Regardless of who’s standard, be the standard.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is good and very peaceful. The room is manageable, however there are too many ants roaming around even on the pillows and beds.

Poor in cleaning.. I have booked 5 nights. They didn't change the bed cover and bed sheet cover even once..in the bed during sleep, we felt really sweating.

"The surroundings are fine, but the interior of the room isn't nice. It looks good in pictures, but it's not appealing in person. When we checked in, the hallway was flooded because of the heavy rain, but they resolved it quickly. The free breakfast was okay, but overall, I can say that it's not worth the price because their rates are higher compared to other resorts."

The place was more private but the experience was at the average given that there was nothing so special with the food, transpo and others.

The direct pool access is great. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet and decent but they charge a full price of P350 even for a small child. You can't have food in the room as theres allot of ants that will come almost immediately. Not sure what chemicals they use on the pool but my wife's blonde hair turned bluish. The hot water is inconsistent it goes hot and Cold. A little far from Alona Beach and will cost P100 for TokTok transport each way. Lastly mosquitos seem to come from the drain.

Lovely stay however we wish we had more amenities such as a Jacuzzi etc

Hotel is nice from the website. Not much difference from the actual. Facilities is considered quite new. Staff and reception is very nice and polite. The rooms comes with free breakfast which is quite a nice thought. Food wise it's OK not fussy though it could be better. The location is quite a bit away from the buzz but you get the peace you looking for. There's few good eateries close-by to explore. Overall will recommend this hotel. Only issue is their Internet connection in the room is very bad. It's literally off all the time and if you are someone who wants to be connected throughout the facilities then not recommended. But if you ok without the Internet, it's actually nice place to stay. The best thing is the pool access where it's so easy to just get into the pool right from your room!

A bit far from the busy Alona Beach,it's good for a traveler who needs a quiet place 🤫.it has a best breakfast(buffet style) 😋

a lot of insects in the room. the hotel is far from the beach. there is not always hot water.
