It was ok but did not live up to expectations. A good point was the tasty breakfast buffet

Staffs need training on how to talk and deal with its visitors. Most of the staff are not professional and cordial. They don’t know how to host valuable room guests.

Very good

service so good. But I ordered 2 double bed room. that means two people will stay. I used trip.com book hotel for other countries . I never face trabble. but in this place they charge me extra 4.5 dollars. I think it's not fair. what ever great service

Отель нам понравился. Номера, конечно, не новые, но бельё чистое и приятное. Стоимость номера немного завышена. Наш номер выходил на нижний бассейн, были слышны шумы, когда в городе играла музыка, но в целом довольно тихо. Завтраки в отеле обычные, но их хватает, чтобы наесться. В отеле есть два бассейна: один с видом на Богру, другой — ниже, и там, и там можно расслабиться и позагорать. Также в отеле и рядом есть кофейни с очень вкусными тортиками. Можно покататься на тандеме (100 така), лодочке (200 така) или на колесе обозрения (100 така). Рядом находится аквапарк, который тоже стоит посетить для весёлого время препровождения. Вечером можно прогуляться, покататься на качелях и сделать фотографии, так как в отеле включаются красивые огоньки. Мы два раза ужинали в кафе-гриль, пицца была неплохой, слегка островатой, но очень вкусными показались курица и наан с орешками. Также есть возможность покататься на вертолёте — стоимость и время можно уточнить на ресепшен.

В общем впечатления приятное. Мы катались на лодочках и вертолёте. На территории чисто,красиво есть где прогуляться. Первый минус: очень часто ночью отключают свет и кондиционер который висит прямо над головой (в нашем номере было так… кто додумался🤦🏻♀️) гудит, щёлкает и т.д. свет то и дело включается и выключается… Короче, это были одни из худших ночей. Второй минус: такая большая территория и на ней нет ресторана, а шведский стол за 1800 така на человека, такое себе мероприятие.

Рекомендую всем, кто любит хороший сервис. Очень благодарна всему персоналу отеля за приятные улыбки и отличную работу. Хочу отметить сотрудника ресторана, который увидев, что для нас всё остро по еде, организовал блюдо без перца, которое мы с удовольствием съели. В таких деталях и кроется профессионализм) Чисто, красиво, удобно. Молодцы!

酒店環境高大尚，就是設施略舊

So it was my favorite vacation trip with my family! We stayed there for 3 days and we enjoyed a lot. From Narayanganj we went there though it was a long journey for me but the nature of Bogra touched me. They gave us a gentle welcome and the staff were helpful. Also the room was very clean especially the bed was so comfortable and their service was great. We enjoyed the boat ride and I rode the helicopter for the first time and that was my best experience ever. I really want to give thanks to MOMO INN. we will again visit you IN SHA ALLAH

Interior was amazing. Staff behaviour all are so gd . Nicely maintained service. RDM Md Rakibul Islam is such a nice person well behaved towards guests. Food was also good Allah the facilities they provided was much better than any other places. Hope to visit there again.

Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional, a full 10/10 experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a day full of activities. The environment was peaceful and beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery that made every moment refreshing. One of the highlights was the helicopter ride — it was thrilling and offered breathtaking views of the entire resort and surrounding areas. The buffet was another memorable part of the trip, offering a wide variety of delicious foods that satisfied every craving. The water park and swimming pool were full of fun, with clean water and excellent safety measures. There were several exciting rides, each providing a unique experience and endless enjoyment. The coffee shop inside the resort added a cozy touch, serving aromatic coffee and snacks that made our evenings even more special. Special thanks to Sayed Golam Rabbi Bhai for his continuous support throughout the trip, helping in so many ways to make our day even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect getaway filled with adventure, comfort, and great memories!

Five star hotel. Very nice, professional staff. The room was fine if dull, lighting wasn't very good, not easy to read. Have to pay extra for sauna/steam. Breakfast was good.i wouldn't rush to go back but there is little choice in this area unfortunately

We had a wonderful stay! Mr. Jewel greeted us warmly upon arrival and was exceptionally polite throughout. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We felt welcomed and valued as guests. We’ll definitely return for another delightful experience.
