本着真實負責的角度來講，這個酒店性價比比較高的。前台服務非常熱情，友善。 酒店所處的位置有些偏，早餐也不是很豐盛。不過周邊有超市，飯館等非常多！！

“+” Updated, clean, and stylish-looking hotel. Very good location in a fun, lively, and festive area of Bogota surrounded by many nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and shops. A 24-hour front desk staff is available. Super reasonable rate I paid for my stay - only $37 per night. Free complimentary upgrade for me from the originally booked Junior Suite to a Deluxe Apartment (#305). Huge 2-level pretty designed apartment with a King Bed and a TV on the second floor. Well-soundproofed apartment. Big, long windows that let in plenty of natural daylight. Very spacious living room with a table, chairs, sofa bed, and luggage rack. A kitchen corner with a small stovetop, electric kettle, microwave, kitchenware, and large refrigerator. Nicely designed bathroom section, which is part of the living room and separated by glass, with a large glass shower stall. Fast Wi-Fi. “-” Very poor English level of all hotel workers, making it super hard to communicate without using Google Translate. No elevator in the hotel. The hotel information and room number are printed on the room key card, which is unsafe if the key is stolen or lost and some random person finds it. Very dangerous spiral stairwell in my apartment with high metal stairs that hurt my feet if I didn’t wear socks or shoes. Uncomfortable mattress on the bed and extremely uncomfortable pillows. Originally, there was no hair dryer in my apartment; I had to ask for it at the front desk. Only 2 large towels provided in the bathroom, and the front desk guy was cheap to give me even 1 extra; he strictly exchanged 2 used towels for 2 clean ones. No shower gel in the shower, only shampoo. No toilet brush.

The bed is good. Breakfast is good (kitchen and late night staff, all very kind). Be careful before booking, they will give you a rate and once you’re there, they will charge you 20% more, aspect they don’t previously informed. They will put the responsibility on clients’ shoulders when actually are them the ones who are not communicating things appropriately. The girl at the front desk was very patronizing about it, btw. And rude. Bathroom extractor did not work, and they didn’t fix it saying that the technician doesn’t work on Sundays. Anyway… there are hotels that will give you a much better experience for $10 more.

Excellent hotel qui cache bien son jeu. Le personnel est très sympathique, les chambres luxueuses et silencieuses, le petit déjeuner est bon sans plus. Il ne faut pas s'arrêter au quartier ni à l'entrée qui ressemble à un garage. Le prix est très intéressant le week-end.
