Unhelpful property that billed my card when they said no pre payment was required. They have refused to return my money. I cancelled the booking 6 weeks before arrival yet still insist on taking the money despite the clear Booking conditions. Be careful

Personale gentile. Bella la location. Camera accettabile, manca frigo bar super necessario date le temperature elevate. Il bagno praticamente è poco più di uno sgabuzzino dove oltre ai servizi igienici c’è la doccia non protetta per cui quando là si usa si bagna tutto, vetri della porta della camera semitrasparenti ( mancanza di privacy), meno ninnoli nella camera e più concretezza.Discreta la colazione. Troppe le persone che gestiscono la struttura ma pochissimo coordinamento. Ho fatto prenotare un taxi che all’orario prestabilito non si è presentato ( l’avevano prenotato?) . Mi spiace ma non basta la gentilezza ci vuole più concretezza.

5/5 Harika Hotel! Bodrumun merkezinde saklı bir cennet! Öyle sessiz öyle keyifli ki, kalışından geçtiğiniz an başka bir diyara çıkmış gibi hissedeceksiniz! Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim! Hotel’de iki işletme var, biri Katip, bir diğeri naan. Kahvaltıları, yemekleri ve cocktailleri şahane! Bu saklı cenneti keşfetmenizi tavsiye ederim.

El hotel es encantador sin embargo no cuenta con personal suficiente. El desayuno es excelente pero hubieramos apreciado más apoyo sobre como obtener agua para beber pues la chica que atiende se va y deja el hotel solo. Hubo varias fallas de comunicación también, lamentable porque las instalaciones y decoración son bellísimas.
