Once again a lovely welcoming 2 weeks at the Istankoy Hotel . Made friends with the whole members of staff who are great . Big shout to Erhan,Badri,Sonam,Hassan,Samed,Ali and Deesha . Hope to see you all again in2026 . 3 star hotel with 5 star service . Thanks everyone *****

Cracking hotel in the heart of Bodrum, only 2 minutes walk to the beach down an alleyway and five minutes to the centre. Lovely and clean hotel, amazing helpful, attentive and friendly staff who could not do enough for you. I had a superior room and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and modern. Some of my party had standard rooms and they were very good too. Ate at the hotel one evening and food was excellent, the breakfasts were plentiful and tasty too. Would go back at a heartbeat!

First put us in a room not big enough for 2 to walk round the bed only one side of door opened had to squeeze out. They changed us to another room after I split my arm.the second room was much bigger beds and pillars nice and soft. Meals weren't that nice had cheese toasty and chips twice were cold the beer was cheaper than outside hotel All staff were nice but I wouldn't go back

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Rude staff and management Wouldn’t go back. The property is really nice and bar staff the best thing about the place. It’s not very secure in some rooms and things went missing. Hotel owner should look into this

Our first stay in Turkey and at the Istankoy. Couldn’t fault it. The location was central to absolutely everything in Bodrum, literally a two minute walk to the sea front. The hotel facilities were great, our room was spotless. We had a room overlooking the pool and bar but didn’t find it too overpowering or loud. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and a special shout out to Hassan entertaining us with Bingo bongo and Okie dokie karaoke throughout the week. We were not too bothered about getting a sun lounger around the pool (most of the week towels were put out the evening before) but again, this didn’t personally bother us. There was lots of room upstairs and in the bar area. Overall, a fantastic week. I can see why people come back year after year!

From start to finish, Hasan and the boys couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Very reasonably priced with good food and good entertainment. Okey dokey karaoke and bongo bingo were highlights. Nice room and general facilities and a lovely pool. Would 100% recommend and will visit again if I am in Bodrum.

This is such a delightful hotel! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the beach and just a few minutes more into the centre of Bodrum. It is full of charm, from the decor to the wonderful staff who work there. I had orignally booked another hotel nearby, but ran out of the place after one night there was so much wrong with it. I happened to stumble across this hotel and was delighted to have done so. The staff cannot do enough to help, which is wonderful. There is also a restaurant which serves good food at a reasonable price, unlike some of the other restaurants in the town. I have no hesitation in fully recommending this lovely little hotel. It made my stay in Bodrum!

2nd time at this hotel first time was in August 2023. Travelled with my 9 year old son. Despite him not having any kids to play with, the other hotel guests made him feel welcome and often played with him in the pool. Other guest were friendly and we got on with the majority. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Had issues with my first room but they moved me same day. And I’d paid tui late check out but they had no record I contacted tui and tui spoke to the manager who rectified the issue within two hours. My son spent the majority of the time in the pool he enjoyed the entertainment especially hassans bingo bongo. One of the workers I think Hüseyin is his name was great always acknowledged him and made him feel special. Thank you for another great holiday. Location is fab so close to restaurants shops and the beach. Bus station 10 min walk too.
