President Hotel

Plumbing system needs to be renewed, most times water is cold n changed brownish. The carpet needs to be changed. Staff members are very friendly a d cheffs cooks well, thank you to cheffs manager who changed breakfast time from 0640 to 0600 just to accommodate soldiers, she n her staff were kind n understanding.

It was nice and clean. Great breakfast!! We booked for 3 people, but everything in the room was only for 2, but the Hotel sorted it out quickly. We had a nice stay! I would gladly suggest this Hotel!

Bad experience, the bed so terrible very scraped bed , when you turn springs make noise, woke up with painful body. Toilet flush mechanism not working

Booked twice and on both occasions the experience was not good. No water in the shower in the evening, cold water coming out from the basin.

The whole experience was subpar, very bad, the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced especially for the money I paid, it was for 1 night was passing through bloem. Dirty room, stains on carpet, walls, chairs, curtains, windows dont open, aircon not functioning well. It smells, it’s stuffy (couldn’t sleep because my sinuses were so irritate kept sneezing the whole night), worst experience ever. The staff are not friendly, parking area is a disaster got rained on cz there are no car ports. The toilets were clean compared to room but the shower floods everywhere, the toilet itself sometimes doesn’t flush

I had a terrible stay honestly. It was a complete waste of my money. I booked there because I wanted to have a great night before my graduation day but I ended up being more stressed. When I arrived, there was a lot of guests at the reception desk so my fiancé and I decided to take a seat at the waiting area. We ended up just sitting there for 20+ minutes until I decided to go up to the receptionist and only then was I checked in. I feel like he could have alerted me when he was done with the other guests instead of just leaving us to just sit there. Since I had been going up and down the whole day and I was on my monthlies, first thing I wanted to do when I got to my room was to shower. But guess what?? There was no hot water. We couldn't shower nor take a bath in the room that we paid for. The following day I had to be up early to go get my makeup done and there still was no hot water. I tried again after getting my make up done around 7am, but still there was hot water. I had to get dressed up and go to my graduation ceremony without bathing/showering while I was on my monthlies. Can you imagine how uncomfortable I was through out the ceremony??? This was supposed to be one of the best days of my life but instead of being excited about it, all I wanted to do was to go home. I basically paid a whole lot of money just to put my head down. Very disappointed, would not advise anyone to go there.
