Although close to the main Blackpool promenade and amenities the location road appears to be rundown, as is the hotel.
My room was plain and simple with a good shower but with outdated and old shower gel being topped up regularly that wasn’t pleasant, I resorted to buying my own.
I question the fact that I was on the top floor as to the fire exits if the stairwell was blocked, the only window had a cable restraint attached with a long drop that would cause fall breaks, possibly a platform to drop on to to help escape.
Overall, average, I was given a parking space with a registered ticket for the duration and own house/hotel keys which I appreciated.
No breakfast was had due to my working hours but I was advised that I could have if required.

Awfull stay accused of shoutin and all sorts when it Wasent us. And we had a baby I paid for a cot that we never got. The staff were awfull. Never going back left us outside for half an hour with a baby.

My son stayed here this week and woke up at 4am to realise his bed was infested with bed bugs. He ended up sleeping in the car. The manager, Luke, was nothing but rude, unsympathetic and seemingly ignorant of his public health responsibilities. We have images of live bugs, a mattress stained with bug faeces and a stained headboard running alive with bugs. We will be reporting this to public health authorities.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to dottie. We came as friends & left as family. Fantastic hosts, never been made to feel so welcome, room was comfortable albeit bit of a struggle for me on top floor but we already have room sorted if we want to return on a lower floor & our wee dog Bailey was made most welcome & was happy with all his sausages!! Thanks again guys for a fab few days & look forward to returning

Filthy room, soiled linen which could not be replaced as owner didn't have replacement linen available, towels were soiled, carpet was dirty and surfaces had not been wiped. Room was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival at 4pm although owner insisted she had cleaned it herself. The shower was broken and had to hlbe hand-held. I raised these issues both with the hotel before departure and booking agent 'Agoda' who were not helpful. I would not stay here again.

Booked our stay in November with the then owners Bev and Eddie. Unbeknown to us they have since sold the B and B and our booking was not honoured nor we were not notified. You can imagine our shock when we arrived to check in on the May bank holiday weekend to be told that we didn’t have a reservation nor was there anywhere available in Blackpool.
