Gotta be said Keith and Di most welcoming room was amazing so was breakfast defo recommend going best people you can get on with loved the two days was there. Very clean very tidy close to the beach right by tram stop.i will defo be coming back in September.

Keith and Di are both lovely people who made us feel welcome. The hotel is well kept and modern. Our room was warm and welcoming and we were close enough to walk to the action but for enough for it to be be quiet! Breakfast was tasty and warm and even my fussy eating child ate everything. The lady Di is such an amazing hotel , a family run business that they can’t do enough for you, so friendly , helpful and breakfast was amazing , we got upgraded to the massive family room for no extra cost , which was spotless, comfy beds, massive bathroom, we stayed for 3 nites and will definitely be booking to go back x

What can I say hostess with the mostess di & Keith are so welcoming you couldn't ask for more, nothing is no trouble the rooms are clean variety of cereal,cooked breakfast, toast,tea or coffee & pure orange juice. It's like home from home would recommend to anyone who wants a place to stay in Blackpool,we have booked to come back next year . Donna & mark.♥️

The welcoming was amazing the room was fantastic enjoyed our stay and will be back again the breakfast was amazing and the host even came and had conversation with you don't get that very often all in all it was 10 out 10 & the beds are out of this world not once I woke up complaining of back memory foam mattress ❤️

The lady di is such a lovely hotel. We were greeted and made to feel welcome from the start. Di and Keith made sure we had everything we needed. The family room was huge with plenty of space and the breakfast was excellent! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Keith and di made us feel really welcome considering we weren't booked in there after a mix up with another hotel nothing was to much trouble rooms lovely and clean fantastic breakfast and lovely hosts would recommend this hotel to my family and friends thank you Keith and di xx

We have stayed for weekend in this B&B , everything is so nice start from the lovely proprietors to absolutely delicious breakfast. The rooms are very clean , bathroom spotless. Will recommend to everyone 👍 and we will booking again and again.

Amazing hotel, it's like staying with family the hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome make you enjoy your stay(even bought black pudding for the other half last visit) can not fault this hotel at all so friendly, amazing people, they have become like family we won't stay anywhere else now family room is huge and same with bathroom hotels lush xx
