Well presented small room at the back of the hotel with a view of the hospital, clean and comfortable. The checking staff is very helpful. No issues with this place . The lake is beautiful to walk around

I book for 1 bedroom and nice view on the terrace but they give us 2 bdrm and it was ground floor :( not happy at all…

Perfect quiet location, beautiful view, spacious room.

No advance notice for me to get pin code to get the key. But it's good to have map to manage moving into booked room.

We stayed in this apartment hotel for one night and it was really nice. Booked through Trip.com, 2 bedrooms apartments with two toilets with a decent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, oven and dishwasher. The apartment also has washing machine and dryer. Really nice to stay with amazing river view on the balcony. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Car park space was also included. Will come back to this hotel next time. However this hotel doesn’t supply any free slippers and teeth brushes.

The accommodation was perfect for location if you don't want to be in hustle and bustle of the Sunshine Coast but still close enough. The the staff are amazing and so friendly from the front counter ladies to the cleaners. The view of the lake is gorgeous, the balcony is the perfect place to watch both the sunrise and moonrise

廚房器具很齊全，房間有洗衣機和烘衣機 窗外的湖景真的超美 水壓很夠，熱水夠熱 住宿要超過7天住宿才會幫忙清理，我們兩個人住，沐浴精、洗髮乳、潤髮乳小罐的各給一罐 如果還有需要要再跟櫃檯購買 Check out 時要自己把垃圾整理好拿去電梯旁垃圾洞丟棄 在房間內沒有聽到隔壁房的聲音，但走道的聲音很清楚 床非常舒服，沙發也很舒適，客廳空間很足夠
