Premier Inn Birmingham City - Aston

I recently stayed at the premier inn Aston brum city, and I was really impressed with the overal experience. The hotel was cleanand although not in the city directly it was easy to get around brum. I had amazing customer service from amira. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and professionally. I’d definitely recommend this Premier Inn, not just for the convenient, but also for the exceptional staff like amira who go above and beyond to make your stay enjyble.

It was a nice trip but hard to access the car park and disabled parking and find the hotel. Staff were nice but in the breakfast room it was hard to ask staff what food was nut free due to her limited English. But she was polite. Other staff were polite and made our wedding anniversary special. We enjoyed the motability charity event in the nec too.

Absolutely phenomenal staff eg Lorna, Ana and Charlaine can’t than them enough a credit to the firm and branch food was lovely head chef made an effort of visiting tables all round 100%, The food was very nice and I liked the customer service as was very friendly.

The stay was average at best. The welcome was not particularly warm and like pulling teeth in relation to paying for the car park. When I booked, my confirmation statedi could check in from 12, however it didn't state an extra £15 would be charged. When I raised this it fell on deaf ears and I ended up paying for it. We tried to eat in the restaurant in the evening but was informed that due to a big order there would be a delay. Not an issue with this, however when asked if I could order, the staff member said I would need to come back in half an hour to save confusing the kitchen! I only wanted a simple pizza, so not sure why we couldn't order and then just wait. The bathroom leaked over night, so there was a puddle on the Monday but this didn't affect our stay. The room was clean and what you would expect, and the location was a pretty close walk to the city centre. Overall it's not been the best stay at a Premier Inn. We use these quite alot and staff are generally very helpful, but this was very hit and miss here. Probably won't return to this one again if I head back to Birmingham in the future.

The hospitality and food was great and we received a warm welcome from all. You helped with everything we asked for. Special thanks go to Ana, Fern, Tia, Susan, Hajar and Dan!! We will gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay in England, I dined at a fantastic restaurant: delicious food, prepared with fresh ingredients and served with great care. The waitresses were exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to offer advice. A special thank you to Ania and Fern for the excellent service. A pleasant experience that I highly recommend!
