4 stars for cleanliness because the non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. But they gave us a different room without any hassles.

Really enjoyed our stay here the location was nice to far away from everything the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Ok, it’s near the airport.

We stayed twice in April - going to and from the grandkids. The first stay was fine - although odd half size pillows prompted my wife to buy regular ones for the trip back, but there were normal pillows on the way back. On the way back were were disappointed with 1) left over sox in drawer, 2) half eaten stinky salad in the fridge, 3) placed next to another room with a dog and a pass door - our dog was trying to understand the dog smells for an hour or two....but most concerning of all, 4) during the evening and taking the dog out, we found 3 external doors which were propped open. We did not appreciate that from a safety standpoint. It's too bad since we really like the pet policy at the Kelly Inn....but we have to feel safe at our age!

Very close to the airport in Billings, the hotel's quaint log cabin structure is a good choice.

Our king suite was great very roomy. Sheets were crisp and bed was very comfortable. Lobby is welcoming and staff very friendly.

This is the worst Doubletree hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel with a brand change is generally three-star and four-star. This hotel is too old, the air conditioning sound is like a tank, even if it is closed, the air conditioning sound next door will make you unable to sleep. The bathroom is too small and can't open the door. It is not recommended that the Chinese go to the pawn. The only advantage is downtown, but parking costs $15.

Staying by temporary stay, okay.

Breakfast is good, a lot of tricks, all kinds of bread, drinks, coffee, you can make waffles yourself, very close to the airport, driving more than ten minutes. very quiet.
