I liked the housekeeping staff, very friendly. The morning front desk people we not friendly or very helpful. The afternoon front desk people were awesome.

My son and I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff was kind and professional and the property was very clean. We had an appointment at Billings Clinic and this was the perfect location for that - directly across the street!

The room smelled of urine. The blankets on the bed smelled of BO. I don’t believe they have been changed all season. It was so bad that I threw up once. I was only able to get about 4 hrs sleep due to the horrible smells.
