located in the city center, accessible to all transport connections and Tourist attraction such as Museum, Lake and other activities in the area. a very Friendly staff, hearthwarming smiles! a basic Breakfast but it’s ok, the Room is not new but clean. The hotel needs to be upgrade and renovated.

Good value hotel in Biel. Breakfast included. They have a parking offer for 15.- per day close by, better than playing 2.20 per hour for public spots in the streets close to the hotel. Recommended.

Nice small hotel. Reasonable breakfast included in the room price. City parking across the hotel free from 8 pm to 7 am. Only issue was that it was kind of cold in the room, and the bed only had 1 sheet. After asking for a blanket to be warmer in bed, we got 2 extra sheets. Satisfactory but not exactly luxurious.

Nice big room, but be mindful that there is no air conditioner. The windows open well enough but it was very noisy at night.
Everything else was great! Great breakfast and staff were friendly.

Terrible beds, very squeak when moving
A lot of noise, churchbells outside, noisy traffic
Dirty shower with black fungus.
Poor english with staff.
Generally a not very good experience

I experienced old worn mattress before, this one however was the worst!!
In the middle you basically broke through to the ground...totally worn - wouldnt even call that a mattress anymore. One of the most important things in a hotel us a good bed to have a good sleep...if thats not possible the rest really doesn‘t matter.
Then I went for breakfast - there was no bread left at 09:30 (ok...some ugly looking something) so I grabbed something elsewhere and didnt try it anymore next day.
