Stayed in property with family for 2 nights in the last week of november 2024. The location of the hotel is bit secluded, though only about a km from rasulgarh chowk. Being very close to railway line, frequent sound of the passing by trains is disturbing. I have made the reservations for family only after reading the details which mentioned "king sized bed" but was provided bed which was smaller than even queen size. On request for change, was told that all the beds are same size and there are no bigger beds in the property. the hotel could provided extra bed as compensation. The room interiors and furnishings are ok. However, the room had a very odd smell. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking and exhaust was hardly working. Could not get hot/warm water in tap/shower in the morning. The food in the restaurant was good. Furniture are not maintained/cleaned properly. Breakfast buffet is ok.

The hotel and house keeping are very good as they are cleaning each and every bit . And they provide food at door and the room servers are very polite. I Personally felt a girl Rbarsha sahoo room service girl who helps nicely. The hotel ambience and decoram was good . The floor incharge person deepak was also very polite.

there was no boy for luggage shift your room self service for luggage 2. wrong key delivered from manager side two trips
from 2nd floor to lobby when we are tired. 3. intercom not working. 4. again when we leave from hotel to airport there was no boy for luggage shifting. 5. reached hotel at 12 am. in night 15 minutes waiting for key delivery that was wrong code. 6. not recommended nxt time. 7. brakefast is okay no problem. 🙏🙏

It's good experience and the staff are treating very well and food is excellent and ambiance is too good and nice location. Rooms are very clean and neat. Housekeeping services her name- brasha are very good. Bathroom are clean and neat. Deepak is floor incharge is very friendly.

The overall services of the hotel and the staffs are good . The hotel is neat and hygiene. Food being served here is healthy and tasty . The surrounding and hotel premises is quite and hostel free . The location of the hotel is approachable from bhubaneswar Station. Deepak floor incharge.

Checked in at 10. 30 pm on 29 nova 2024 after i landed at the airport. I enquired about dinner and was told that restaurant is closed. I ordered from zomato but was denied cutillery by the hotel? had dinner at 12 in the night
