"This is the worst 5 star hotel I've ever been to! The reception staff are rude and don't seem to understand me because they think they speak English well. They speak slowly. Even when I ask them to speak, they don't care and just say what they want to say. And what happens if you smile? Everyone is frowning and not smiling... The room condition is also old and not good! I don't think I'll go there again."

"I would like to take a moment to appreciate the exceptional service provided by Piyari during my stay. Piyari was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist me, far beyond what was expected. His warm attitude, willingness to help, and genuine care made my stay a truly amazing experience. I sincerely appreciate the effort he put in to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Employees like Piyari are a true asset to any hotel. A company that values excellent customer service needs more employees like him. His dedication and professionalism really stood out to me, and I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized and appreciated. Thank you, Piyari, for making my experience so pleasant and memorable!"
