Beautiful place..in a small village. Very quite and peaceful . Beautiful ambience. Very hygienic , well maintained property. Staff is very cooperative. Staff especially Rakesh Solanki and Pramod Rawat Very helpful and sweet. Overall awesome experience. Do visit once

This place was mesmerizing and beautiful,staff was very co operative and helpful especially subham and pramod,food was tasty,and ambience was lit and has very peaceful vibes.only con is the road to reach there but nonthless it was great experience!

This heritage property deep inside the Saurashtra region of Gujarat is really a hidden gem, barely 3 hours drive from Ahmedabad off the Ahmedabad Bhavnagar national highway. Reaching there depending on Google maps was a scary experience, though. Turning off from the highway soon after the Barwala junction (turning point for the famous Sarangpur Hanu***ji temple) we found a well laid single lane road easy to drive on. But soon we were on a broken village road, followed by total off-roading with no direction signs. Just as we started to panic we came across a signboard of the Dared heritage resort and followed the directions to reach the destination. As we entered the palace gates we were welcomed by drum beats and bugles. The gate opened into a courtyard that immediately transferred us to an era long gone by. The courteous staff made us comfortable in a royal lounge and gave us a regal feeling. After the welcome drink we were ushered into an equally royal and ornate suite. By then we were ages away from the hustle bustle of the twentyfirst century city life. All the suites opened into an L-shaped jharokha (balcony) overlooking a courtyard with shady neem trees. The garden was aflush with early spring blooms. Our youngest five year old member had a gala time chasing the squirrels and butterflies. The in-house restaurant was a big pleasant surprise for us. We were promptly served whatever we ordered (only vegetarian) and the food was excellent and we commended the chef personally. Next morning we left after breakfast, leaving with desire to be back again. One word of caution: don't rely on Google maps to reach this resort if you want to avoid our panicky drive experience described above. Pin Vallbhipur while starting from Ahmedabad. After reaching Vallbhipur pin Ratanpur and then the resort. You'll get smooth topped road throughout.

Loved the ambiance of the heritage property. Absolute pleasure it was! Well taken care of the property and very hospitable staff. Got a complete Royal experience. Rooms were amazing and the staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Good food. If you are looking for a place which is full of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the hotel which you should choose.

After Having set foot on the Darbargadh Dared property, it was a mesmerizing feeling of admiration and appreciation of how well the property has been restored to its past glory. Special mention of Raghvendra Sinhji the owner who has painstakingly done a remarkable resurrection of a property which deserves to be at what it is now. Am sure his ancestors would be really proud of what he has made of it. Very well appointed guest rooms, lovely dining area with great food and a nice swimming pool with great recreational facilities. A must visit property with family and friends with lots to do over the weekend.

One of the heartiest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. We were supposed to stay for 1 day but extended by one more. The food, the service, the people, the architecture are truely remarkable. Truly worthy of the word Royal! It was honestly quite a journey to get here but damn it was soo worth it. I’d highly recommend staying here for at least a few days to truly experience what this place and the area around has to offer. Will come again in future for sure!

The staff were really helpful and friendly, mind you I’m from Australia and struggle a little with the language however the staff done exceptionally well to look after me. Food is amazing all local grown etc. definitely want to spend more time here next time I come.

Awesome ambience, extremely friendly staff, excellent food, very neat and clean accommodation and surrounding. We enjoyed our 2 days stay very much. pramod Rawat and Aniket Rawat went extra mile and made my kids river safari an unforgettable experience. We are extremely happy with Darbargarh and will come back again . Highly recommend 10/10
