The staff at Hotel Nilambag Palace epitomized exceptional service and hospitality. From the moment I stepped foot into the palace, I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated like royalty throughout my stay. The staff members were attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of my experience was flawless.

Wonderful experience as staying in royal palace, food also very nice and tasty. Overall good stay as location like Bhavnagar never ever. Recommended for others as well and always preferred same place in next trip.

Pleasant stay. Helpful and courteous staff. Spacious rooms. Good value for money. Food was good. Though prices could have been comparatively reasonable. Good ambiance. Very good for a business traveller. All locations readily accessible.

Peaceful place,amazing experience, we love the food quality, discipline staff, and the facilities which is they provide on that rate is amazing, we really enjoy the games and pool, the garden is peaceful and we felt really relaxed when we set there.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night.This hotel was recommend by my brother and few relatives that live in the city. Over all the hotel stay was ok. The main reason to stay here was, so looking forward to see the peacocks,they come here in the mornings Unfortunately I could not see even one 🙁. I wanted to stay in one of the suites,they only had one left in the corner,which had an old AC with so much noise, so stayed at the Royal Cottage. Liked the over all ambience,I loved the swing out side, The garden was so beautiful. Loved the breakfast (Specially the Gobi paratha) Room for improvement 1) washrooms needs a big time improvement,I understand that the hotel wants to maintain the heritage look,but definitely it does not attract 5 star clients, Restaurant Washrooms did not have Tissue paper, Hand Soap were in ordinary bottle, There was one big green towel, every body used that after washing hand ( I think this was gross, specially keeping COVId in mind). 2) Rooms at the Royal cottage were ok,it almost looked like you are in “Dharam Shala” the bed was not comfortable at all. The room had a very rusty/mouldy smell. I had asked the room service to change the blanket to something like Rajai/or alternative and they said they cannot offer me anything else. The blankets gave me an extreme cough (due to my allergies) Again not too impressed with washrooms. 3) Restaurants: Ambience was good, servers were amazing, the food was not that bad,but was expensive. Interesting thing was during dinner and breakfast they did not have appropriate cutlery(No knife)They did not provide (serviette) hand cloth towel. I feel this should have been the important part of the Royal Resturant. I am hoping that the hotel ***agement will consider my recommendation. 👍

Good resort to have royal feeling with reasonable rates and beautiful ambiance. As it was peak season on the day of diwali and new year few service related matters were there but they are universal in peak season at any resort.

Dans un beau parc en centre ville, le Palace Hotel séduit plutôt de l'extérieur. Mais il déçoit assez vite. Vaste chambre. Mais la serrure de la porte est capricieuse. L'air conditionné pourrait fonctionner si les piles de la télécom***de avaient été changées. Propreté moyenne de la literie...L'eau de la chasse des WC remonte dans la vasque de douche accompagnée d'éléments douteux... Le restaurant est sombre, voire sinistre. On a l'impression de déranger... Une carte correcte, mais après pas mal de retours négatifs, on comprend qu'il est plus efficace de de***der ce qui est disponible... Qu'il faudra ensuite attendre 'un certain temps'. La boutique de l’hôtel semble pleine de promesses, mais on ne la verra jamais ouverte... Et au final, on nous de***de de (re)payer le petit déjeuner, pas compris semble-t-il dans le prix de la chambre payée par l'agence...
