The hotel service was excellent and the staff were very friendly especially Hakan, Ulzhan, Gokhan and others.👍The breakfast at the restaurant was good and the service was superb. 👍The hotel is ideally located near the Metro and Tram stations that are well connected to the places of interest namely Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, palace, museum and etc. We really enjoyed our 6 nights stay at The Halic hotel. 👍

位置處於在南部老城區與北部歐洲新城區的中間地帶，距離Galata 大橋和Galata Tower步行十幾分鐘的路程，公交地鐵還算便利，進出都比較方便，衹是周邊環境稍顯雜亂。
房間整體還不錯，傢俱設計和佈局合理，放東西和起居很便利。但是房間有點小，淋浴房很狹窄。床具很一般，洗浴用品檔次不高。我訂的海景房，遺憾的是對面左半邊是個破爛的毫無美感的舊樓，為此付款高出30%的房費其實並不值得，相反因為臨街且臨近大橋，車輛的轟鳴和嘈雜不絕於耳，以為夜裡車少些會好，然而從白天到夜間未曾停息。
酒店的服務是蠻好的，接待和服務人員都比較親切有禮，接待我的一位女士十分熱情誠懇，加上9層頂樓的餐廳視野不錯，服務態度非常好，使我對房間的失望抹平不少。

沒啥問題，房間大，工作人員也特別好，因為住了兩次第二次還送了升房和甜點，比外面賣的好吃哈哈哈哈，唯一的缺點就是離地鐵站不是特別近，步行8-10分鐘的樣子，但是都完全可以接受

非常好，離碼頭、地鐵、景點都在10分鐘距離，九樓餐廳景色很好，餐廳菜品也不錯，值得推薦。除了第一天打出租被坑前台沒有幫忙處理外，其他都很好。
