Hotel Chaco

Good location and nice roof bar with great staff and drinks. Unfortunately, the room was not up to the standard the hotel claims and the TV's network connection did not work.

Gorgeous. Top tier service. Drinks, food and view at rooftop restaurant is some of the best ever. The Sawmill Market across the street is such a bonus. Highly recommend a stay.

Amazing hotel! The views from the restaurant are breathtaking. The food is delicious. Staff is friendly and very well trained. We loved this hotel! The design of the hotel deserves a special review, circular lobby with a Kiva-like feeling, great energy and beautiful garden! Such a peaceful place!

Fabulous room, lovely lobby, spotless, convenient to restaurants (20 across the street at the Saw Mill), updated bathroom. The bathroom door is a little noisy as it slides so I suggest leaving it open at night but that’s not a big deal. The blackout curtains were good. Many drawers for clothes. Front desk gave us bottled water as needed. Parking is free and available. I give this hotel a 10/10 because it is quiet, beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful property and accommodations. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive.

The room was wonderful, the staff helpful, the rooftop bar a joy, and the location immediately across from the Sawmill and a few blocks from the historic center quite fun.

The Wi-Fi is pitifully slow, making it difficult to work or even check in for a flight. Surprising in this day and age when it’s better in less developed places in the world. Other than that the hotel is great—very comfortable and clean, good service, helpful and friendly staff, excellent roof top restaurant for dinner. Unfortunate there is no in-house dining option for other meals besides room service. This was our 2nd stay here within a week so we did notice a missing floor lamp (which was remedied upon our request) and that the motion-detecting night light was either not working or nonexistent in this room. Also, this room was odd in that it had what appeared to be a bizarrely shared balcony with the room catty-cornered from our room—not great for privacy (the rooms are at an interior corner of the building)—but our room had no door leading out to it, just a floor-to-ceiling window. This room should have been differentiated from other rooms of the same room category and offered at a lower rate. Finally, a small quibble about the bathroom sink: it’s a bowl basin that sits atop a counter and is awkwardly high even for a person of average height.

The hotel was beautiful ans old towne was very charming. My room however had some damaged furniture pieces and items left from the previous geluest when we arrived.

Amazing stay from beginning to end! This beautiful hotel is very well located; close to Old Town restaurants yet easy to come & go (and to park). It has all the amenities: pool, restaurants/bars (including the beautiful rooftop space on 5), and a full service spa. We really enjoyed the Sawmill food hall across the street too. The employees are friendly and very helpful, keeping hotel clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip.
