Ulasan Three Little Pigs Hostel - Your Berlin Castle

I had a great time at Three Little Pigs. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is good with lots of nice restaurants nearby.

The hostel was alright, but the room feels quite small, I’m 5,5 and can’t even seat straight at the bottom bed, and to be absolutely honest, I believe the toilet signs should be more clear about male and female showers and toilet, would also recommend working on the cleanness of the shower room as well. On the other hand, the staff were all pretty friendly and willing to help, some doesn’t speak English and that did caused confusion to me but everything was good at the end. Over all I’m happy with my stay but probably won’t come back for the next time.

良い点 主要な観光地まで歩いていける よく清掃されていて、清潔 ランドリー(洗濯、乾燥)が5ユーロでできる 悪い点 キッチンがなく、水筒等を洗う場所もない 廊下が薄暗い エレベーターが狭い ドライヤーはデポジットなしでレンタルできます。 キッチンはないですが、レセプションの隣にウォーターサーバーがあります。 他の口コミには騒音があると書いてありましたが、私は特に感じませんでした。学生の団体が泊まってなかったのかな？運かもしれません。 広いホステルなので、トイレとバスルームが遠い部屋にあたると大変だと思います。これも運です。

This hostel has a good location. It is walking distance to many attractions, there are good restaurants nearby and an underground station close by. My room was clean, though the cleanliness of the shared shower rooms and wc left something to be desired. There are places with better breakfasts for the same price as breakfast here nearby. When I was there it was mostly full of teenagers and their chaperones which meant it was not quiet but there also wasn't a fun social atmosphere.

Awesome hostel. Fantastic location, close to transport links, and a short walk to lots of central tourist attractions. Great service, clean rooms, bag storage facility. Can't fault the place! Thank you for a great stay in Berlin, Three Little Pigs!

For a Hostel this is the best of the best for a cheap experience, I stayed for 3 nights and was able to experience everything from this very central hostel, met amazing people and staff were incredibly lovely, shared rooms and spacious and washing facilities are amazing!

I had a private room with washroom on the second floor. The room was really nice and clean with a lot of space and some storage options. By itself the whole hostel was quiet while still being close to the city center with a great lobby to spend time in but other guests made it very hard to sleep by slamming doors and screaming from window to window all night. Also the room I had was directly next to the shared washrooms. The breakfast was too overpriced for what it offered but there are other options right next to the hostel.

This hostel does not care about its guests. The customer service was horrible all around. During my stay- I saw one person try to check in and tell the management that their room had no clean/ available beds- to which management replied: oh yeah that happens sometimes. Then proceeded to tell the girl that she needed to find out which bed was hers herself and then wait hours for it to be cleaned. My friend also came to check in and showed her confirmation emails and everything- to which she was then bullied and ridiculed by the staff telling her they do not care about her emails she does not have a reservation in their system and since they are overbooked they cannot offer her anything. So she needed to find a new place to stay late at night at the busiest weekend in Berlin and she was not even offered an apology. Only bullying. Since my friend could not stay I asked for a refund so I could go to another place and stay with her. They told me they would address my problem the next day and let me know what could be done. When I asked them to give me an answer the same day since I do not want to book another place and have to pay for both places they firmly responded that they did not understand why I was upset since they told me they would deal with my problem the next day through email. Do I even need to say that I never received a reply to my email or any other form or communication from them??????

Great location and easy to find. The private room was big and clean, the beds were comfy & there was a good view. The double windows opened fully. The heating worked well. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was big and had strong pressure. The doors were heavy and sound proof. There was good storage space, bedside tables and a table and two chairs. The sockets were not next bed though which was slightly inconvenient. The communal reception area sold drinks, draught beer and coffee, open 24hrs. There’s a Lidl 50metres away, open to 22:00hrs. There's also a local store selling drinks and snacks, open until 3:00hrs every night. All the staff were lovely and friendly and happy to chat. Except, the only negative: I arrived, solo, female traveller after midnight on a Thursday night. The night porter went to charge me double the rate I had secured with ***********. I've never had this issue before and he explained, neither did he. I learned later, he was a "temporary" receptionist. It doesn't really excuse his cheeky and ruthless attitude. I queried the double rate before putting my pin in. He assured me, he was correct. After 10mins of discussion and him even saying “you better be able to afford it”, we agreed to dispute it in the morning. I got to my room and rang *********** immediately, who contacted him and rang me back, saying to contact reception in the morning. *********** were apologetic but still couldn't assure me I wouldn't be kicked out. Somebody had made a mistake, the hostel or ***********. The next morning, unsure if they were going to kick me out or not, a nervous and unsure receptionist told me it was best to wait for the manager. The manager arrived and asked me, "oh your card had declined?" I told him: no, the night porter wanted to charge me twice because I booked a room for two people. I booked a private room with 2 person occupancy, paying extra for a second person incase my friend could join me last minute. Anyway, the manager didn't seem to think it was a big deal and the issue was magically resolved. There was no apology for the confusion. It was all very strange and unsettling. I’ve been to Berlin twice before, but never on my own and this was just really odd.

The hostel is in an old convent so the lobby and building had a really interesting vibe. I rented a towel for 1 euro that I actually stole and was able to do my laundry there, I believe that was only a few euros. Getting to your actual room is a bit of a maze. You go upstairs or the very small elevator and have to find a few different doors in the hallways. The room itself (a 4-person) was very spacious. 2 bunk beds, 4 upright lockers in the middle, two tables, and a sink. Bathrooms were close by and were a little tight but otherwise fine. There's no AC but you can keep the windows open. Frontdesk has beer, drinks and I believe food as well. Good location too. No complaints really and the price was fair.

Very nice! Nothing to complain about. Me and my friend stayed in a single room (for 2 people) for 5 days. Good size room with a big window. Clean toilets and clean shower. Big lounge area to hang out with others or sit in your own corner. Good hostel for being on holiday some days, school class, backpack or first moving steps to become a Berliner.
