Ulasan City Hotel am Kurfürstendamm

Cukup tidak puas, yang terburuk, tidak ada bar. Sikap pelayanan sangat buruk dan tidak ramah. Resepsionis tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Ctrip akan check out atas nama Anda. Bagasi akan diambil keesokan harinya. Resepsionis tidak 24 jam sehari. Kemarin front desk tutup jam 12 siang untuk mengembalikan kartu kamar. Sudah tidak ada orang lagi. Saat saya mengembalikan kartu kamar pagi ini, front desk meminta 70 euro untuk biaya kamar. Saya suruh Ctrip untuk menanganinya . Resepsionis juga mengatakan bahwa mereka tidak setuju dan menginginkan uang tunai 70 euro dan menolak membayar dengan kartu kredit. Mereka mengancam akan mengenakan biaya lebih banyak jika bagasi tidak diambil setelah jam 12 siang. 70 euro, yaitu ingin mengenakan biaya 140 euro untuk penitipan bagasi dalam satu hari, itu hanyalah toko hitam, dan ada kecurigaan diskriminasi, pertama kali ditemui sebuah hotel di dunia

The hotel location is good but rooms are very small and very old. They offer very poor breakfast. Toilet flash tank in my room was broken and couldnt flash. instead i've been told to use waste bucket to pour water in. Generally the price and service is not value for money.

So old fashioned and dirty facility. Not clean. Terrible place to stay for the money value. Never recommend it only except for the location which is just close to the metro U-bahn.

the poorest hotel which i have ever see , dirty and unacceptable, they are not cleaning the rooms every day and they were lyong to us and telling us that pur clothes were on the bed, thats why they dis not arrange the beds. the shower are dirty. its really a pity that this hotel exist

I will start with the positives, Breakfast was ok and location was good. Unfortunately the room was terrible, the first room we had, had leak in bathroom. We were moved, next room looked dated, no kettle or working Tv (was told to use Tv through my phone, what’s that all about!) We all got bitten (I assume bed bugs), and the extremely large window opened all the way, without having bars or some safety device on (would of thought being a family room was a must!). The hairdryer couldn’t be moved out of bathroom, and there was no plug in bathroom to plug it in anyway, so just a useless decoration really. I consider myself a realistic guy, and understand that standards aren’t always the same as you get at home, I queried some of these points with the owner/manager (not sure which), but he was about as much interested as I was about needlepoint! All in all the room and the and decor is dated and dirty, it needs to be modernised! My last point is that I didn’t pay attention to the negative reviews, but they were all correct, book at your peril, and good luck ! (Ps Berlin as a city is lovely, I recommend a bus tour and seeing Brandenburg Gate)

Firstly, there are no safes in the rooms as stated in the hotel's information. I asked at reception and they are looking for a new provider. The gentleman on reception will kindly let you use the hotel safe but you will have to do an itinerary each time you leave or collect your items which includes counting out any money you leave. This can be time consuming if you have a quite a few things. By the end of the holiday we left the items in the room as the reception is not available twenty four hours a day, as it should be as stated in the hotel information. If you have items in the safe you will not be able to collect them while the reception is closed or leave items. The doors between the room and the connecting corridor are not fit for purpose. They seem to be made solely of wood with no noise cancelling properties letting all noise through. All noises can be heard in your room, from housekeeping shouting outside the room at 8:30am to large groups of teens running and shouting in the corridors at all hours. The good points of the hotel are the location and the beds were quite comfortable.

Hôtel vieillot. Tout est sale depuis l'entrée du bâtiment. Des souris circulent. Les matelas présentent des tâches sombres. Le personnel est antipathique. La réception ressemble à un coupe gorge. Pour le prix, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur.
