Tanggapan dari Properti: Absolutely! You can get to the exhibition grounds in no time at all by public transport. And after a busy day at the fair, you can relax here with us or enjoy a bit of Berlin, e.g. with a stroll along Ku'damm ;-) Hopefully you will visit us again at ITB 2025!

Very good location, Near a big clean shopping area, and very easy to take bus and the metro. Amenity is kind of old, but working well. Very fare price for such comfortable experience.

The hotel rooms are very clean and well-lit, and the toilet partitions and facilities are very practical and convenient. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel room rate is not expensive, but the location is good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the main street and busy area near the train station. It is also very convenient to buy supper or go to the supermarket. Because it is a large train station, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The room rate includes free breakfast, which includes simple croissants and coffee. When checking out, the front desk gave us kinder chocolates, which made us feel very happy! ♥️🫶🏿

This is the most comfortable room we stayed in during this trip. Quiet and well located. In the western part of Berlin, convenient transportation. Although there is no small refrigerator in the room, the room is quite spacious, and there is free coffee + croissant in the morning. Very satisfied.

I checked into this hotel by accident. The only advantage is that the location is good, close to the subway station and shopping malls. However, the room was not hygienic and had a pungent smell of essential oil. I later learned that I could order a massage. Stayed for one night and then canceled, not recommended.

It was very clean, and best of all, the staff at the counter were very helpful even though I arrived late. I'd love to stay here again! Highly recommended!!

Very cute and art deco. Breakfast included. In the city center. So very easy to reach by taxi. We walked to sightseeing bus. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Also subway right there. Enjoyed the stay nice clean room and bathroom.

Very simple yet nice hotel. Stayed there for 3 nights. :) The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. There was a kettle, cups, and even a few tea bags for the guests. Good WiFi connection. Also, a nice bonus was free croissants and coffee in the hotel lobby every morning. The neighborhood was lovely, and the metro station was just a few minutes away. A little con - even though the street was quiet and no city sounds could be heard, I did hear my next-door neighbor a lot - even phone notifications and plugging in a charger (that's my guess) into the electricity. Also, during my stay, no one came to clean the room. It was a short stay and I was not expecting a major cleanup, but I must say that the bins were full pretty quickly, and it would be appreciated if someone came to empty them. But other than that, it was great! I loved it and will probably stay again some other time.

This was such a lovely experience for us, a family group over three generations. Hotel is right in city, a very short walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and to the U-Bahn. The rooms were clean, comfortable and all staff we encountered , from reception to housekeeping, were pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. Only suggestion for improvement would be to put (the option of?) plastic glasses in the bedrooms, we managed to break two on the hardwood floors when we were there!

Great location. Very clean. Staff at reception really good and helpful and chatty, I liked them very much. Wifi good. Grab and go breakfast fine for on the way out the door for a quick bite (croissants, hot drinks, banana). Found the beds very uncomfortable, quite hard for me. Shower had a bit of a leak out the front that made rest of bathroom floor wet. Managed to reduce it by lowering the shower rail ourselves.

It was my first time in Germany and as a solo traveller, I was a bit worried. However, I found out there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The Hotel was a walking distance from the Bus Station (although I took the bus when I arrived but walked when I departed). It was also 5 minutes walk from the venue of my conference - which made it very convienient. Lots of shops nearby. The Zoo also close to the Hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The ambience was quite cozy, the bathroom was clean. The room was also clean and looked quite cute. I'm not a breakfast person so didn't have breakfast. I didn't have any meal at the Hotel as meals were provided at the conference I attended. Sorat Hotel felt really cozy and I absolutely enjoyed my 3 nights there. I would love to stay there again and will definitely recommend. Two things they can do to improve - provide small refridgerators in the rooms and empty dustbins daily. You don't have to change bed sheets daily.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in The Sorat. The complimentary croissants and coffee every morning were delicious! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only concern was with the beds. Our room had two twin beds pushed together to make a double but with nothing to hold them in place they kept separating. Apart from this issue we really enjoyed our stay in the Sorat and will definitely visit again!

The hotel is close to everything (very close to the metro, for example). It's very clean, welcoming and comfortable. It has a very useful grab-and-go breakfast. The staff were very kind. The room was spacious with a modern bathroom. It had everything needed.

The only thing letting the hotel down is no aircon. It was really hot when we were in Berlin but it made room uncomfortable They provide a fan but it just blows warm heat around The staff were friendly and room spotless Hotel in perfect location and all the tourist sites not far away at all
