Location was fantastic. Being just next to the river, allowed me to do a run in the morning.

A nice hotel with one of the best breakfast, big balconies and cosy rooms.

Great location and just what I needed, thanks

Muy agradable. La ubicación es ideal. Tiene estaciones de tren y metro muy cerca. Los empleados de recepción son muy amables y todo está muy limpio.

不是雙床，衹有一個小床，而且房屋對着火車站很吵

就在廣場上，河邊上，附近還有中餐

酒店還行，房間剛夠用、跟ibis區別不大！

Gutes Hotel. Schöne Weihnachtsdekoration. Sauber, modern, zentral gelegen. Manko: keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer und auch nicht auf Nachfrage am Frontdesk - schade. Unser Wunsch, Essen welches wir aus dem Restaurant übrig hatten (sauber verpackt in geschlossenen Plastik-Bechern) in der Mikrowelle aufwärmen zu können wurde von der Dame am Front Desk aus „Hygienegründen“ abgelehnt… Etwas umständliches Personal am Frontdesk….. Der nette Küchenangestellte hat uns das Essen dann aber doch wie ein ganz normaler Mensch schnell warmgemacht. Ganz ohne Hygienebedenken ;) Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt :)

첫째: 와이파이가 너무 느리고 자꾸 떨어짐 둘째: 노크없이 두번이나 방문을 일방적으로 열고 들어옴(아마 청소하러 들어온 같다만은 노크는 기본 예의) 셋째: 예약시 세탁실이 있다해서 일부러 고른 호텔인데 정작 카운터에 문의하니 없다고 함 (이게 뭔…)

The hotel had a great location near the train station and there were lots of shops near the train station. The staff were very friendly and kind.

It's my second time at the Hotel and I'm satisfied with the service. Apart from a clean hotel and room, good food. Everything close by. It was more convenient for me, because Palas berlin is only 200 meters away, so I came to see the new show. The hotel is in the center, but in a really peaceful environment. In the hotel, proper service, for example(, called the reception that Tomi doesn't have a television,,but the men come right away, who speeded everything up without fixing it). Friendly and professional service at the hotel reception. Very happy with everything. Thanks for the service. KIND REGARD ILONA JAKOBI
