Di hotel bintang 5 untuk wifi membayar ekstra di mana biaya kamar 300 euro per malam terlihat sedih. Saya juga membayar 40 euro untuk Malta kecil saya. Oke tapi untuk apa? Anda setidaknya dapat mengharapkan sedikit layanan untuk anjing itu. Makanan kering mis. Jika tidak puas. Staf yang sangat bersih dan baik

The location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE. We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us? When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space. After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed. We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms. In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous. Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms. Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Very good location. At first there was a noise in the room so we could not sleep and had to move in the middle of the night to another room. Water in the room was paid 6 eur per small bottle of water. And they provide tea - am I supposed to use tap water in 5 star hilton to make some tea? Crazy

Very good location, but there was noise in the room, and the water in the room costed 6 euro! Staff asked for 200 eur deposit - I saw this first time in a hotel of such level although I frequently stay in chain hotels - NH, IHG - I saw such bad practice first time. Otherwise - this is an old but 5 star hotel - it was OK.

I loved this hotel although it is a bit pricey for me. This hotel has one of the few opened pools in Germany and while it is small it was ample enough to do laps and to have a beer. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. The concierges are top notch and very professional. I did have a problem with the hotel NOT finding my reservation but I had a copy in my computer so the problem was speedily fixed!! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and would return again if I was ever in Berlin!! Overall a very good experience but still on the pricey side for me.,

Le Hilton est extrêmement bien situé, au Gendarmenmarkt (plein centre). Une bouche de métro est à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le hall d’accueil est très important avec plein de places assises. L’ensemble est beau. Les chambres sont classiques Hilton, grandes et fonctionnelles (quoique légèrement vieillissantes). Le petit déjeuner est royal ! Très bon et bel hôtel

因為臨時訂的,差不多三千塊錢一宿,房間在歐洲算不錯的了,但是衞生間真的不如全季,在歐洲真的不能臨時訂房間要做好打算。位置沒得説,離查理崗哨十分鐘,溜達到勃蘭登堡門那邊繞一圈回來也不是太累。對面的教堂正在修繕,不然更有看頭。

非常糟糕的入住體驗,強烈建議不要踩坑,酒店的服務極其差,入住了三天,每次在大堂遇到前台的客服,從來沒有一個問好的,而且是一副傲慢和冷漠與偏見,訂單中標註的免費瓶裝水是絕對沒有的,因為在攜程預訂的房間會被安排在擴建的樓,無論你向前台問及任何服務請求,都會被傲慢的拒絕,酒店在入住時會扣除按金預授權,但是即使你離店也不會幫你解除,你必須回來找銀行幫助強制解除,這是我入住過的所有酒店裡最最糟糕的一個,無數的坑,大概百米距離就有威斯丁酒店,還有很多其他酒店,所以請千萬繞開這種服務極差的酒店,否則你會每天被清潔人員敲醒,被大堂客服各種嫌棄,如果你是個外國人,請千萬繞開這裏

Struttura elegante ma un po' vecchia, le camere sono molto buie, pulizia nella media, servizio piuttosto scarso, bagno datato, staff della reception molto gentile, ristorante al piano terra piuttosto basic e caro per quello che offre
