Slight confusion upon arrival regarding booking confirmation. However that was swiftly dealt with. Room was clean, quiet and warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Nice location, easy transportation to airport and sights. Plenty of kebab shops in the local area with useful supermarkets.

Great experience, You can have a private area with 50 eu. But the room is A bit unventilated

You have to bring your own towel, soap and shampoo because they don’t provide that for you or you can buy it from the front or supermarket nearby but the room is good

It was nice.

There is no dorm for females and I was in a mixed dorm with three other guys. the bed is not very clean, the room is tiny and overall I would say it’s just acceptable for this price. Location wise it’s ideal.

mit 2 U-Bahn- und einigen Buslinien direkt vor der Tür. Langeweile kann hier niemals aufkommen! Trotzdem am Hermannplatz rund um die Uhr das Leben tobt, hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster seine Ruhe. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

不得不說這裡的職員真的是極好，在晚上沒有事情的話，到吧枱喝上幾杯，你絕對會認識到不錯的朋友！環境整體不錯，四人房空間和私隱度都足夠，交通也相當方便，高度推薦，下次再來柏林我也一定會回來住！

I stayed in a private room for one night. Really nice room, comfy and plenty of room. The staff were really nice. Reception had a strange smell, not sure if that was a one off or not but you are not in the reception for long anyway so it doesn't matter too much

Very great stay, returned multiple times - helpful and friendly front desk staff. Solid location and easy access to most of Berlin!

Everything was fine. With one exception: The cleaner closed the radiators during his work.
