Hotel Servigroup Calypso

The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable Food is good and staff are very friendly Only concern are the cleaning products appear very strong and smell can be a bit overwhelming We found we needed to leave doors wide after cleaners had been but it soon disappears Had a wonderful holiday

Arrived at the calypso hotel Monday 7/04/2025, hotel very nice, food got better from Tuesday, early hours of this morning, 2.28am, a man entered our room, saying it was his room, he was closing the door with, my husband and I in bed, I rushed towards him, told he could clearly see, it was our room, he showed me, a pic of the room number, identical to ours, but his room was in the annex, lady came up as he and I where at the door, she said, your room is this way, we waited, after this for about ten minutes, then i rang, had to wait this a manager, came in which was after, 9.30same morning, he was very polite, but did say maybe our door was unlocked, nope it wasn't, same day locks where changed, it was like it was our fault, i did suggest, some kind of discount, when booking through their website, he has to ask, fair enough, we where offered another room, but declined as the hotel should have had word, with the man entering our room, I was expecting more from this hotel, as been to Benidorm many times, will we come back thinking about it no, don't feel we where treated fairly, offered two drinks each, doesn't cut it,

I have used many good Hotels in Benidorm over the years but for the last 7 or 8 I have gone to the Calypso I can`t fault it in any way. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, The food is top class & the exterior bar at the front is one of the best in Benidorm, with wonderful staff & competitive prices I always book directly with the Hotel, which gives a really good discount

Here now 7 ladies great hotel friendly staff good food requested low level looking onto the front got it great views for people watching hotel and rooms spotless Sunday roast today was lovely plenty choices to apple pie custurd was lovely 2 nd time here definitely book to stay here next time everything on your floor step highly recommend the calypso

All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm ***** ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx
