Hotel is lovely and clean. Food is plentiful and varied. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they cant do enough for you. Ana the entertainment lady is absolutely fantastic and so funny, she made our evenings. Like other reviewers have said the hotel has a lot of Spanish guests but what's wrong with that? We are in Spain after all! Would recommend but not for families with small children as you have to access the rooftop pool via metal steps. It's out of the way of mental Benidorm so if you want that you have a 25 minute walk and it's quite hilly. 15 minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants close by that are a lot cheaper than those in the heart of benidorm so worth shopping local for your gifts. We didnt arrive at the hotel until midnight, the staff kept the bar open for us for 15 extra minutes so we could have a drink and left us a very generous plate of food each in the dining room. Like another guest said, I have never experienced such hospitality. I would recommend this and would come back xx More

The hotel is quite far back from the main areas which is fine if you don’t mind a walk, which we didn’t. The rooms are decent for what we paid, clean, good enough shower. The food is actually nice I’ve seen a lot of reviews regarding it being cold however we found it quite nice, plenty of breakfast choice and it was hot. I think this depends on the time you eat though. The pool area isn’t very good, it opens at 10am but I think that’s because it’s a Spanish themed hotel and they don’t bother sunbathing. The sun beds are bad and mostly broken, there’s no life in the pool area, no bar, food options or music. The staff are amazing and Toni the guy on reception can’t do enough to help you. All in all it was good enough value for what we paid but if we came back we would stay in the old town somewhere with a bit more atmosphere.

We stayed at the Olympus for one week during Christmas. It's a nice enough place with very friendly staff. The rooms are pretty good but our bathroom had a heavy sliding door that kept getting stuck. There is no real privacy. Even when it's closed all the way, anyone in the bedroom can still see the toilet. The hotel itself is nicely laid out. The guests are almost entirely Spanish old age pensioners and the entertainment caters for them 100% and nobody else. Go down to the bar for a drink any night and you'll find them all having a waltz. At least the ones who are still able to. The food is okay and quite varied but not hot. Some luke warm and some actually freezing cold. However, we only discovered on day 3 that there is actually a microwave for guest use. It's kind of hidden but take a walk around the dining room and you'll find it. One thing I have to add is the behaviour of the Spanish pensioners in the dining room. They don't seem to do queues. They will barge in front of you to get to the food, even when they can see that you are clearly next. If you try to be polite and wait your turn I'm afraid you're not getting fed so you have to do the same back to them. Overall it's a nice hotel to eat and sleep in but you'll want to leave it at night time if you like a few drinks and maybe a bit of music.

We are at the Olympus Hotel for Christmas. Read the reviews about coming about it being very Spanish oriented- correct 99% of the guests are Spanish, and all the entertainment is aimed at the Spanish. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, food ok ish if you like it lukewarm like the Spaniards. Location about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Would we come here again, NO.

Stayed here with my partner for a week (4/10/24)..For what we paid we honestly couldn't knock it,yes it is predominantly Spanish, mainly because it's in the old Spanish quarter of Benidorm!!..We found all the staff very pleasant, keen to help and overall the hotel was spotless. Rooms were clean, nice,comfortable beds,good shower and a small,but adequate,balcony ...Food was good,hot and plenty of choice..admittedly the pool area (roof) could do with a few euros threw at it to improve it...the Entertainment was geared up for the Spanish, which wasn't a problem as we were in a Spanish Hotel!!..nice walk through the old town within 10/20 mins of most of Benidorms bars,restaurants n stuff...all in all a great stay...

We had a few days break to this hotel. Myself my partner and a few friends.. The hotel staff were fantastic always helpful and polite. The rooms and the hotel were spotless and the all inclusive was also good for food and drinks.The hotel is situated about 15 mins walk to the beach and the bars

My sister and I visited for a 5 day break. We were dropped off at the Fiesta Park hotel and wandered around looking for the Olympus for a while before looking on Google maps. Not a good start but we were then pleasantly surprised with the hotel room which was really nice and had everything we could want - except for a teaspoon and a couple of more pillows. But the beds were really comfy and we slept well. We were on a B&B basis and the breakfast facilities were really good and food was tasty. Lots of choice. Staff were friendly and the place was really clean. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fantastic views of the mountains. The bar area was closed so we didn’t use it but could imagine it being very good. Could have done with a map of the area in the hotel handbook - it was more about the hotel chain and didn’t give us any idea what we could visit or where to go. Overall, the stay was just what we needed and I would recommend.

Location is excellent it's in between the old town and the new town so plenty shops and beaches near by. Very clean and room is cleaned daily. Excellent entrainment which is every night, ana lovely good english like all the other staff. Very helpful friendly people.
