Ela Excellence Resort Belek

My husband and I visited the Ela Excellence resort with our 3 young boys aged 5 and 1year old twins. When we first arrived we were greeted and taken to our room. We had paid an upgrade for a sea view. Unfortunately, the room was very far away from the main building, restaurants etc. and was on the ground floor so the view was poor. It was a nice sized room but was close to the evening entertainment which is incredibly loud (probably too loud). We had only 1 z bed and a sofa bed for our 3 children. We spent the first night with our twins in bed with us. We had arrived late but were pleasently surprised by the fare on offer in the 24/7 al a carte restaurant. We ordered lamb chops, steak, burgers, soup, pizza etc. We were all very satisfied with the food in this restaurant. The following day the hotel changed our room and it was on 4th floor with better views (although the glass on the balcony was precariously wobbly, which frightened me due to having young children with us). The kids club is out of this world. They have thought of everything. Soft play, lego, toddler rooms, interactive boards, cinema screens, arts and crafts, fire engine, outdoor playground, doctors surgery, dentist, and also an arcade with VR, playstations, basketball. They even have a kids only restaurant that serves lunch and snacks for the children throughout the day. On our 4th night unfortunately my youngest son became very poorly with a high temperature and we called a Dr to the room. They diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics and antihistamines all with a hefty price tag. A few days later he developed a blistering rash and when we got home the GP diagnosed Hand Foot and Mouth (no ear infection and more importantly no antibiotics required). We are convinced he caught it in the kids club. The other 2 children also caught the same virus a few days later. The entertainment is ok. On one night we seen a circus at the auditorium that was great. But the live music is far too loud and the children could not stand the level of noise so we couldn't join this most nights. The kids pool is great and our 5 year old loved the slides. Unfortunately the water is freezing cold in the water spray sections and everyone huddles into the 1 x heated pool. Same goes for the larger pools, they are freezing cold except 1 pool that is always overcrowded because of this. The indoor pool in the spa is also heated. The beach is ok. With sunbeds available and waiters to bring drinks. There is a bar on the pier. There is so much food to choose from at Ela Excellence. The buffet is amazing (and we are not buffet people). Always so much choice. Breakfast options are vast, fresh smoothies, fruit, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, eggs, omelette station, pancakes, waffles, croissants and pastries, various breads to choose from, cereals, baby jars. The lunch and evening buffet are great too with fresh salads, fruits and vegetables. Vegan options, meat galore, steaks and lamb chops, pizza,

We loved our stay at Ela Excellence last week. The hotel is very opulent, clean and perfectly situated. Over the course of our week here, we enjoyed mostly beautiful weather and took advantage of their outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Additionally, we also enjoyed taking our son to the kids zone to play a little each day, and enjoying coffee and cake in the sunshine from the patisserie. My wife and I spent some time in the luxurious spa which was very relaxing. The treatments we paid for were excellent. My wife enjoyed her CrossFit sessions with Baris and her aerial yoga class. Both of the gyms were well equipped. Our room was generous in size, comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The view from the balcony overlooked the forest and the mountains. The selection of restaurants was superb. We dined in the buffet restaurant and also at La Sante al-a-carte restaurant. In each instance the choice and quality was perfect for us. What makes this hotel very special is the kindness of the staff. They really made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The WhatsApp assistants kept us updated with all the activities for the week, and were always ready to answer any questions we had. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Ela Excellence who made our holiday feel very special.

Great hotel with exceptional service. Perfect if travelling with kids. Nice clean rooms, great selection of pools and lot of activites. If anything can be improved then perhaps only food selection and level of english for small part of the staff. Also to replace the tennis court surface from tartan to something else ;). But these are just minor details compared to the good things.

Excellent food, amazing kids world, great place to spend holidays. Every evening different shows. Rooms are always cleaned and bed omg so good. Especially would like to express our appreciation to Halil from La Sofa - what a professional, excellent service and always with great attitude towards all guests big Thank You. Our experience rate 5*. Second time here 10 nights and definitely would recommend. Thank you Ela for amazing experience.

Second time in Ela. Very good service. Food is excellent, so much choice. Kidsclub is profesional. PA assistents work hard to make your day! Sure we come back.

Attention to detail was top, service as well. We loved the whole experience and would recommend anytime. We went with our family one kid and baby and stayed in a swim up villa. We had all we needed even baby food at the restaurant every day. All was top quality. Entertainment was also great, and kids area amazing.

Very sad. hotel comunication is not even 3*. 2 families bought flight tickets, hotel sent payment links - we were not Sure About correct sum of it, we asked for confirmation. They did not answer for days. When they answered they offered much higher prices, even if my previous payment links were valid. Hotel is not trying to make a deal, even if they did make mistakes and their comunication was not clear. I am not ready to pay it all by myself… so our family vacation is going to be ruined… 5* star Hotels should be friendly and pro active… but this one is not :( Just be carefull ….

The ambience is warm and relaxing. The room we stayed in was quite spacious. Their food is really good as well. They've got waterslides & activities/fun places for kids of all ages.To top it up, the whole resort is beautiful. It's like a CruiseShip but huge and on land😁

It was excellent holidays. Everything in ELA was on top level. - Food, sport activities, SPA. We are planning visit again. Also we certainly will recommend your hotel to all our friends. Thank you for beautiful time spending in your great hotel.
