Susesi Luxury Resort

My experience was very good with clean hotel, good quality services, facilities & amenities. Staff are professional, pleasant & helpful, wide variety & high quality food & drinks. Room size & decor is good. Will recommend & plan to go back.

We had great time in Hayal bar. Specially Ayşe hanim and Tayfur bey served us amazing drinks. They were kind and respectful. People here are so nice. Everything is great. I recommend here to everyone specially families to visit. Try Hayal bar every hour😉

Rooms are modem n clean bathroom is set in frosted glass wall. Strange maze like layout but quickly get used to which lifts go to your area. Initial pillows were hard asked for soft and it was done that day. All drinks are branded, plenty of choices in cocktails and soft drinks. Everything comes canned or bottles originals so exactly what you expect. ATIYAI the roller waitress is covering a really large area alone doing a great job always smiling. Food was in plentiful supply and choice Rib eye steak, fresh cooked pasta/sauces Whole chickens, salmon, prawns with some themed evenings Tried the Mexican & Chinese ala carte ....... lack atmosphere they need decor and lighting not just a menu although the staff were very nice in both. Reception is permanently staffed and guest relations are available from breakfast to bedtime. Evening entertainment was 9.30pm start & continued on with a live band. The poolside bar staff were engaging and hard working. You show them the ingredients and they have a go at anything. Mud slides n baby Guiness shots. Supply of nuts, crisps and fresh fruit was constant at any bar. Would go again for sure. They don't sell themselves as well as they could .... Sky bar had a saxophonist one night wouldn't have even known it was up there if not for returning guests .... This hotel has alot of them returning guests which says alot. The the land view room we had 1236 had the worst view ive ever had if you like to sit on the balcony i was expecting a garden view not a concrete roof n wall tbh. Shout out to the poolside & grounds cleaners who keep this place smart washing n empty all the Recycle bins

We arrived late, but check in was farely easy and our luggage was taken straight to our rooms. The main restaurant is open till 4am so we were able to have much needed food and drink. The room was clean, but oh boy the beds so hard. First night the horrendous storm. So next days plans meant we could just check the hotel out. Food in the main dining room for all meals was plentiful and a great choice. I'm fussy so that's good coming from me. The four of us were always well looked after by wait staff. It however was shameful to see tables of untouched food, left to be thrown away! Takatuka snack for lunch dome days made a change. Uğur our waiter took care of us. Pool area was always clean and tidy and it was a suprise to see Kadir again. We had meet him as pool attendant at the Voyage years ago. Shout out also to the ladies who kept the toilets clean, and Atiye the skating bartender. Hayal our go to bar each evening was perfect and the very attentive Ayse was a welcome sight. She even remembered our drinks order. We did try Mor Bar which had great views but it was just too hot, not air con. Speciality restaurant tried. Tugra (Turkish) which was free. Was too for us ladies, but the gents really enjoyed it. Paprica (Italian) was delicious and so plentiful. The evening shows were amazing. Best we have seen in Belek. Eyup and the English speaking lady sorry I should have got your name. Were both very helpful during our stay. Reading some reviews before we left I was worried.

Geçtiğimiz hafta iş için Susesi'ndeydim. Her zamanki gibi yine çok memnun kaldım. Tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Ana restoran garsonlarından İlhami Bey'den özellikle çok memnun kaldım. Çok yoğun bir anda gelmem rağmen çok hızlı şekilde ilgilendi ve çok güleryüzlüydü. :)

Just arrived back from a 10 day holiday at this unbelievably fantastic hotel. We stayed here last April and were so impressed by all the staff who were all very welcoming and friendly we decided to go back this April, as it was a special occasion for my wife this year for her birthday I can only thank guest relations especially Sepa and Orhun on making it a surprise. Eating in the main restaurant is great has a variety of different foods but lunch time we mainly spent it at the Takatuka food was fantastic there freshly made pizzas you could even make your own pasta absolutely brilliant and staff there very attentive and service with a smile our waiter Ertugrul was fantastic big thank you to him. We went to a couple of a’la carte restaurants which were great aswell if you want to take a break from the main restaurant, we went to the Turkish, Italian and the steakhouse these are a must if you want to try something different all the staff there were so pleasant and couldn’t do anymore on making your dining experience at the restaurant fantastic. There so much to say about Susesi and staff and the whole resort and that why we can’t wait to back there next April.

I visited this resort with my parents, and my sister. Had been to this resort for a holiday for 11 days just this April. Turned out to be a real pleasant and refreshing one. A big thank you to Susesi Luxury resort staff, specially resort professional and well-mannered receptionist Eren who was so kind and helpful. I don't know where to start. Every bit of it worth mentioning. The rooms are wonderful, with attention paid to every little detail. Super clean, super maintained and all that you need is just there! Even the common areas, the restaurant, the common rest rooms everything was super clean and definitely a turn on!. Our family enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. I should mention and thankful about a waitress, met her at restaurant who had to be recognized publicly. Gozde Selvi was her name and she was phenomenal. She was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgeable about the food. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. Thank you Gozde for your wonderful service. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. We look forward to seeing you again in future. An enjoyable and comfortable stay.

After many visits to Belek in the past we decided upon booking the Susesi for a change of scenery. We were not disappointed. On arrival we were met by Aida from Guest Relations who kindly showed us to our room and explained all about the Hotel. Aida was very knowledgeable and helpful . At the pool the loungers were plentiful and well spaced out. We found a private little area that was immaculately cleaned by Kadir Yatisgen who welcomed us every morning with a smile and a good morning.The Bar At Sandals was extremely organised and we never waited to be served. Gokhan was the first waiter we met and we found he spoke good English and was very attentive . Later that day we then met Ersen Bar Manager who ensured that the rest of our stay was seamless in terms of service and catered to everyone's needs. He was fantastic and looked after all his guests with impeccable service. Thank you. Next day we met Atiye who delivered our drinks to our loungers on roller skates always with a happy smile and great enthusiasm. Overall, we were extremely impressed with all aspects of the hotel . The food at Turquiose restaurant was varied each night and all staff delivered with a smile. The drinks were of a high standard and supplied International Brands. Room was impressive . Thank you for an amazing stay and we will be back for a visit again when in Belek.

I work for a tourism agency and travel a lot. Susesi Hotel is one of the locations we frequently visit and stay. The staff is always perfect in all departments (front office, F&B, house keeping etc) but in our last visit there was a lady in the lobby bar named İzel, she was great, smiley and very very kind. Just wanted to note this nice experience :)
