”This hotel is not 4 stars!”
Overall, my stay at this hotel was underwhelming compared to its advertised 4-star rating. The facilities and services felt more akin to a 2-star establishment. One major issue was the frequent electricity cuts from 2:00 AM to noon daily, which was highly inconvenient. The internet speed was also disappointing, peaking at only 2Mb/s. Additionally, the towels were unusable due to their discolored state, and the rooms were cramped. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke, which was concerning, and the bath tub was in poor condition. The balcony door didn't close properly, which affected privacy and security.
On the positive side, the hotel manager was respectful and helpful, especially when we accidentally booked for the wrong month. The reception staff were also courteous. Considering the area, the price was reasonable.
Overall, while the staff were pleasant, the hotel itself fell short of expectations in terms of amenities and upkeep, especially given its rating.
