Always wanted to experience Aman Beijing, finally booked a one night stay. Upon arrival, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining various items and was pleasantly surprised to hear my room had been upgraded. The property and the room are just like the photos but actually physically being there and seeing all the details of the architecture, courtyards, and surrounding nature and birds is like being transported back in time to another era. In this sense, Aman Beijing accomplishes what no other modern five-star luxury hotel can come close to achieving - making one feel a certain emotion or feeling that they've never felt, or perhaps only experienced in their dreams. Everything from the furniture to the layout to the art to the lighting is so tastefully executed and done, the courtyards and grounds are kept immaculate (saw people sweeping away leaves), they even have the older style bicycles available to ride there. Ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, the environment and lighting is so nice, their dumplings are excellent and also really enjoyed some of their soups and vegetable offerings, very delicious. Unfortunately, I was quite sick that day and also had injured my knee the day before. One of the staff at the front desk noticed my limp and asked if I was okay. I told her I was fine, just a little sprain. She went to the back and brought out a traditional Chinese 'Ban Lan Gen' pain relief spray can which she kindly gave to me, saying I could use it and take it with me, very touched. I think it is moments like these which one will remember many years later. All the staff I met there were very kind, during lunch was fortunate enough to meet Ivy, the F&B Manager who was very warm and hospitable. Then during dinner, after I saw down, a restaurant staff asked if I would like an ice pack for my leg, I asked her if she thought it would help and she replied, ”Yes.” They proceeded to bring out a huge ice pack that was able to wrap around my entire knee, providing instant relief. Finally, when it was time to leave, the very lovely and kind Lucy asked if I would like more ice packs to be sent to my room so I could ice my knee before retiring for the night. Even though I was not feeling well, it was an unforgettable experience due in large part to the kind and wonderful staff there.

We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

Ambience and Cleanliness: The hotel is new and impeccably clean, which is always a big plus. The decor is modern and cosy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The architectural designs are impressive! The staff, even the cleaning ladies, especially Dominic at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm demeanour made me feel valued as a guest. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. It was a great way to start the day, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone. One of my favourite amenities was the free-flowing coffee and the massage chair—perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The spacious lounge and garden were also lovely spots to unwind. I appreciated having a real no-smoking room, ensuring a clean and fresh environment. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room has an AI assistant, her name is Xiaodu xiaodu, my family loved her! You tell her to draw the curtain and switch on the light or wake you up at certain time, she does it promptly! 🤣 While the hotel is a bit far from shopping malls, it’s conveniently close to the Old Summer Palace and just a short walk from a beautiful park. This makes it ideal for those who enjoy cultural sites and natural beauty. The laundry area, available for a minimal charge, was a convenient perk for longer stays or families travelling with children. This Holiday Inn Express is perfect for a staycation or families with kids. The combination of comfortable accommodations, family-friendly amenities, and a peaceful location near parks makes it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay.

The hotel is very new, the room is very clean, very quiet at night, and the front desk service is very good! The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to the subway. The subway lines 10 and 16 are very convenient. It was a good experience. I will stay here again in the future.

The clerk was very generous and changed the room to a deluxe king bed as needed. Comrade Xiao Wang in particular was very warm-hearted and considerate, capable of both literary and military skills and very handsome appearance. The lobby is clean and bright, the rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and there are smart robots delivering items. I am very satisfied and recommend choosing this All Seasons Hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The amenities were excellent (fresh slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc provided every day), and the towels, sheets, and robes were very clean to use. The location is great - it's only a four to five minute walk to the nearest subway station. I was visiting my friend who goes to Peking University and she could bike from PKU to my hotel in about ten minutes. The only thing is that I found that sometimes there was a slight smoking smell coming from the bathrooms but I found that if I turned the fan on and left the bathroom doors closed it wasn't an issue at all. The shower is also great - a giant rain shower, and the water is the perfect temperature. 

The hotel I stayed at this time really satisfied me! , The front desk staff was very welcoming, the check-in speed was super fast, and the various services were introduced intimately, and the goodwill was directly full. The room was cleaned clean, there was no smell, the bed was soft, and it was super comfortable to sleep. The bathroom facilities are also very complete, the hot water comes quickly, the water temperature is very stable, the bath and the foot stone are very convenient, don't be afraid of slipping. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is not bad. The location is also very good, eating and shopping around are very convenient, close to the subway station, travel is super convenient. The overall experience is superb. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist holiday, this hotel is worth recommending, and I will come again if I have a chance!

This experience was like a warm and comfortable dream, which made me want to share with everyone. Just walked into the hotel, the elegant and warm decoration style attracted me. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the right lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk staff was warm and professional, the check-in procedure was quick and smooth, and the surrounding attractions were intimately introduced, which instantly brought me closer to this strange place. Step into the room, the exquisite layout makes people shine. The beds are meticulously arranged, the soft bedding is clean and white, and it seems to be gently wrapped in clouds. The smart equipment in the room let me experience the convenience brought by technology, lighting, curtains, air conditioning, moving mouth can be controlled, full of sense of technology, let me this technology obsession. In terms of hygiene, Qiuguo Hotel is a model. The bathroom is spotless, there is no smell, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and the quality is quite good. Whether it is the cleaning of the corners or the wipe of various facilities, you can see the high standards and strict requirements of the hotel for hygiene. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all closed for upgrade and optimization... I was looking forward to the swimming pool... and the sauna, I also need fitness... 2. The lobby is like a four-star hotel, not very big, but too simple... Sanitation Clean Environment The suite is good, with a large area, a bathroom with a shower downstairs, and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs, well designed. The scenery is also OK, looking out to the mountains. Service 1. Because the shower room on the first floor of the original room was leaking, I was helped to change to an executive room. Although it was no different from the original room type, it was still responsive, just asking me to go to the front desk to change the room card instead of having the concierge send it to me, the service is still lacking. 2. The cleaning aunt is good 👍 polite and very good.
