Hotel di Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen, Beijing

A lovely hotel with amazing service people. Our original booking is with one of the standard room but was upgraded to a better room when the hotel have more vacancy after the second national conference. The first rooms we are assigned are very hot as it is centralised HEATING in the winter months with no cool air setting in that period. After we are upgraded to a windowed room, we simply turned off central heating and left the window open with a crack throughout the day. Location was central to the palace and national museum as well as WangFuJing shopping street. Only down side to the hotel is their daily breakfast. While the spread is reasonable, the taste and service during breakfast left much to be desired. I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast unless you are rushing for time Special shoutout to 想想 Timi for the great service on our stay and checkout day.

This used to be Penta Hotel, now rebranded as new world tongpai. Located just behind New World Shopping Centre. If you are using the subway, please use Exit C or Exit H. Can also enter into M Cube Shopping Mall on LG floor and exit from Tim Coffee/Tours Bakery (ground floor) if u r using metro.The hotel entrance is just accross the road. Hotel lobby is modern. Room wise is ok and quite nice. Bathroom is slightly dated, and there's some mould between tiles gap. Otherwise, everything else in the room works fine. Their buffet breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. Overall, if u want a hotel near the subway and surrounded by malls, this hotel is a good choice

A hotel not to be missed, if one plans to stay at Qianmen or 前门。The venue - Qianmen itself is a tourist spot, thus when one steps out of the entrance of the hotel, you will immediately get into an environment filled with traditional Beijing ambience. Then the room that I stayed is large with functional layout and cosy L-shaped sofa. The breakfast choices were plenty and the wanton supper was so handy especially in the chill winter night. The staff was very helpful. Two staff: Jac & Vivian, both use their hp to help us booked tourist venues and made purchase through ”Meituan” when we lost our gloves. Vivian told us she will inform us to go to collect from the counter when the gloves arrived, but in the end, she sent the gloves to my room via the robot (as the attached picture). Such service is world class. We will go back to this hotel, should we go to Qianmen again.

Checked in for 5 days 4 nights and decided to extend another 3 days 2 nights. The location of the hotel is convenient, and have easy access to mini marts and eateries. The subway station is not too far from the hotel as well. The room we booked was clean. Bed, pillows and comforter were soft and fluffy. The bathroom was spacious, bathtub was clean. They also had a separate shower area. As we travelled with a toddler, the cleaners were generous with the bottled water. They also offered us a humidifier. There’s also a smart system in the room where you can ask 小度 to turn the curtain/lights/aircond/tv on and off easily. We also ordered quite a number of Taobao orders. The front desk were helpful when we asked if they could help to call the courier to track our parcels. There’s also a robot to deliver things to your room whenever needed Breakfast is simple but delicious. You can also order noodles from them. There’s also a laundry area for travelers to clean their clothes, and this is convenient for us as we did not bring lots of clothes. Overall, it’s an amazing stay here at Right Hotel. The hotel’s staff members were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 10/10 for Right Hotel.

Overall clean hotel room and environment..staffs are very polite and will attend to needs..can improve on language to communicate with foreign tourist who can't speak Mandarin well.

Not much around the area in terms of a convenience store etc and a way to walk for the metro stations. But we loved it here. We've stayed in 3 hotels including this one in China and this was the best because the staff were very helpful and friendly and actually smiled!!! Very modern rooms. Really nice shower. I love that it tells you how long you've been in it and the temperature the water is. Comfy beds. Choice of two different pillows. My family loved the block type one. The breakfast was nice also. We were downstairs and in the morning there was some noise and loud music but they did turn it down when asked. Free laundry service which cleans much better than the washer in the room. They delivered the clean washing to us which is great. Hard to find on Google maps. At first we were dropped off at the next building down and went into the residential area, the security guard there was unhelpful and the locals saying there's no hotel here.

Hotel is very conveniently located, about 100 steps from Qianmen subway station. Tiananmen Square is within walking distance. Front desk staff is assistive but does not know English language. They try their best to help you using translation device, but it comes with limitation. Worth the price primarily for the location.

An oasis of calm and zen, perfect refuge from the business and heat of Beijing. Special attention was paid with little touches such as balloons and flowers for our wedding anniversary, turn down service had finessed touches. Beautiful rooms and incredible soundproofing.

This hotel stay experience is perfect! As soon as you step into the hotel lobby, the warm and elegant decoration style makes people feel happy. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and efficient. I especially like Xiao Fan's service, which makes people feel very comfortable. The room is decorated very attentively, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I have a good night's sleep. The smart facilities in the room are also very thoughtful, and the bedside control is very convenient for adjusting the lighting. The gym and laundry facilities are complete, and the location is also very good. It is very convenient for eating and shopping around. Next time I travel, this hotel will definitely be my first choice! The toiletries are all well-known brands and are safe to use! ❤️

The best stay and accommodation ever!! Very great experience, and the staff especially the two young ladies and mister with specs are all so friendly and helpful with tips when i asked for recommendations to the Great Wall. Free snacks for helpings at the lobby too. Thank you for the kindness and memories. I will return soon and hope to see familiar faces~ keep it up! Jiayou!
