Very friendly service. Airport pick-up and drop-off service. The room was very clean. I couldn't eat Chinese food, but the hotel food was very good. The staff service was good. Very polite. We needed to go to the pharmacy and they took us by private car. We stayed at another hotel for one night but it was not comfortable so we came back to this hotel. I will definitely use their service when I come to China. Thank you.

The hotel is near Daxing airport, like many others hotels. 5 min away. Quite nice and clear. There is no restorants if you arrive late, only convenient store, 2 mins away and KFC. The room in nice. Toilet and shower have non transparent glass which is rare in Chine. But towels were holey. But i like my stay there. Thank you

This new and well maintained hotel is conveniently located just next to Daxing International airport. They also provide free shuttle service to the airport. Excellent customer service from the staff we have interacted with. My only suggestion is for the hotel to switch from providing small bottles of toiletries to using refillable dispenser to reduce plastic waste to support sustainability efforts.

It’s really nice and comfortable. We booked a jimu room, which is quite spacious. Enough for our kid to burn energy. Everyone is helpful. We also got kids slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste from the reception. We asked for a bathtub for our toddler, and it’s solved quickly. Checkin and checkout are efficient and informative, warm tea or warm bottled water was served. Breakfast is good too and the whole restaurant is very child friendly. Only thing is that the shuttle bus driver to the airport was not that nice, he didn’t offer any help until we asked. But he didn’t want to bring the suitcase down.

The porridge arrived late at night: there are very few varieties. The efficiency of supplementary meals is not good and needs to be improved.

During the stay, if you have any needs, call the front desk and they can be solved quickly. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very warm, the bed is very comfortable, the pillow is also suitable, and I sleep very well at night. The facilities in the room are also complete, with TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of toiletries is also good.

The service was awesome. Everyone was very nice and heart-warming to me. All amenities are very useful, everyday cleaning was perfect. The location of the hotel is good too, it’s so close to the subway, around the hotel has a lot of intere places such as cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, shops, shopping mall. As a foreigner, I can sincerely recommend to stay in this hotel.
