Ulasan Orange Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Dashilan Branch)

The staff are well trained, helpful and friendly. Everytime I walk in to the hotel, they will definitely greet me. And whenever I went over to the reception, they are very attentive. Hotel also supplying unlimited water bottles to the guests. I am truly appreciated the staff who handling my check-in procedure as my flight was arrived early in the morning. I wish I could get in to the room early to get some rest. He offered me an upgrade of room (with a small fee applied) and free breakfast voucher for me. I am totally fine for the topup and I also truly appreciate that he can make decision to resolve the customer’s request quickly. Their laundry services is free, and I even saw they offered help to wash / dry the customer clothes which is a bit surprise. Seem like they have to handle a lot of tasks but they are still able to maintain their service level. The hotel breakfast is good, lots of variety. As for the room, everything is perfectly meet what I need, although the space wasn’t big enough but for 2persons to stay, it’s nicely fit for us. We are able to open a 28inch luggage. The smart system in the room also called it “xiao du”, can play song, can control all the light and curtain etc. I really love this hotel very much and I stay at this hotel for 5nights. The location is strategic, you can get the didi at the intersection, bear in mind that the transport won’t be able to drop you in front of the hotel lobby, but they will drop you at the traffic light. Once you saw 张一元，just walk to the alley and you will see the big entrance with “观音寺街”. And you will see orange hotel thereafter. It’s only less than 2mins walk from the traffic light. Very close. Overall, I will recommend this hotel as its conveninet to go anywhere, there is a metro 前门站, within 10mins walking distance (provided you didn’t get distracted along the way). There are too many shops, eatery, restaurant etc which you will have no enough time to explore. Other than that, this area also close to 正阳门, which can led you to the tour bus to 八达岭长城&慕田峪长城.. maybe there are more other type of tour bus that I wasn’t know. But basically this area is a very happening area whereby you can just enjoyed the stay at the heart of Beijing here.

We highly recommend the Orange Hotel, specifically a balcony room, having stayed at other hotels in the area. I cannot fault this hotel. The location, service, cleanliness and water pressure were truly excellent. If anyone is sitting on the fence or comparing the Orange Hotel to other hotels in the area then we strongly recommend the Orange Hotel.

Pros: excellent location, close to subway stations and local attractions. The lady at front desk is super good at customer services. The room service lady is also very friendly and always greet customers warmly and with a smile. The laundry room has commercial washing machines and dryers. Washings and dryings should be ready in about 1 hour. Cons: The room has smell of cigarettes (eased off after we kept the windows opened for ventilation. The hotel corridor also has a funny musky smell. The aircon automatically turns off and the room would get warm for a while until aircon turns on again, but this is a common issue of the hotels in Beijing during this season.

Top notch. In the middle of all the action! Very friendly attentive front desk. Excellent housemaid. Big room and well priced. Maybe my favorite hotel on this trip visiting Beijing, Xi’An and Shanghai! The heated toilet seat!!!!!!!! LOVE.

The receptionist called me within 1 hour after checking out, to ask if I would like them to courier me the belongings left in my room. The delivery was arranged promptly within the same day, and delivery expected to be received in 2 days. 前臺職員小田非常貼心，於退房後一小時內，通知我的隨身物件遺下在房間，並於同一天內安排快遞 。 謝謝你！

Staff are very helpful, location are so good everything is so convenience. Love their self service laundry. Is been staying there for 7 days. Love the hotel.

Staff and service at Orange hotel in Beijing were excellent ! Very friendly, always at disposal 😁 Cleaning staff ladies were also so friendly and with strong will to work and to make our stay nice 😁 We used cell phone App for communication in English and that worked perfectly ! Location is great, just few hundred meters from Tiananmen square ! Hotel is in pedestrian zone and it felt great to go outside directly from hotel into area with so many shops and significant buildings. Taxi can pick you up just 50 meters from Hotel entrance. It was very quiet to sleep and breakfast was very nice and staff was friendly. Staff at reception are all young friendly Chinese boys and girls. All together, our family of 5 from Croatia ( Europe ) had great stay and we are looking forward staying at this Hotel and in wonderful China again 😁

整體來説很不錯，前台也很有禮貌，代收快遞，還有洗衣房沒時間的話也會提供免費幫忙洗的服務，阿姨還把衣服摺好，回酒店直接拿就可以了，房間全智能語音，廁所水也很大，地點也很方便對面路就是大柵欄，打車的話需要出來紅綠燈路邊上（很靠近）。樓下全都是吃的。礦泉水也免費提供，酒店房間也不會太舊，酒店早餐也不錯衹是我們住6晚選擇方面比較重複，還送了小朋友零食，離地鐵站也不會太遠一路上都可以走走看看，唯一不理想就是房間面積方面比較小，有能力的可以考慮預訂大間一點的房型。但是整體來説是一間性價比很高的酒店了。
