Good location, clean and comfortable room, nice people

Very clean room and very nice staff when checking in. Great option for the stay in Beijing.

The hotel isn’t right in the center but everything is easily accessible by bike or taxi. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay, but we were quite disappointed about the very weak wifi.

Relatively new hotel, so everything was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Did not try the breakfast, but the whole lobby smelled really nice of freshly baked pastries in the morning. There was a little problem: the AC did not work, so it was a bit warm in the room. However, I do not think it’s the hotel’s fault because it seems to be regulated by the city, as I read reviews of many other hotels with the same issue. The staff were nice enough to bring a fan to the room when i asked about the AC. I would highly recommend this hotel

Location 20mins from downtown in a dark old area, not along main road. Its at the back of another hotel. Room clean. Breakfast buffet not much of choices. Coffee machine does not work. No english speaking staff.there is an english channel though in the TV.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained! Location is also relatively good and quiet, staff did not speak much English but were helpful and welcoming :)

It is an excellent hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Special thanks go to 刚刚，he was very helpful to order a taxi and mail out stuff with 顺丰。 He was very nice and professional. Also thank 小雨 to order a taxi. In one word, we would like to stay there again.

There was one night where the wifi did not work for the whole evening.

We selected this hotel as it's near the Beijing International Exhibition Center, walking distance or a short bus ride. The hotel service is excellent, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Assisted us to check in and accompany to our rooms. The breakfast buffet have both local and western spread, acceptable. The staffs are ever so helpful in assisting us with directions and suggestions to great places to go. There is 2 mrt stations within walking distance and a bus just outside of the hotel which takes us to the nearby Kai De Mall by Capitaland. There are restaurants and local eateries, convenient stores and local supermarket along both sides of the main road outside the hotel. Overall convenient location, great stay and great experience.

New modern hotel in the Chaoyang district. The service staff is helpful and a robot can bring you all amenities or food deliveries directly to your room. The metro station for line 13 is about 10min walk way.

Great Hyatt branded New hotel in good condition, modern. However the location is hidden behind another hotel and it takes 15 minutes to reach the metro if walling.
