The first thing that impresses me about the hotel is the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Hotel room amenities are wonderful, full kitchen and laundry all included. Even the washing powder is provided. We are offered free breakfast as I made a mistake of not picking the with-breakfast option. Breakfast is very good, restaurant is large and clean. Food spread is satisfying. The hotel may be rather far from the city but it is very easy to get to city centre by Didi (taxi). It cost about RMB 60 and 30 minutes per trip. It’s also easy to travel by subway+didi and much cheaper RMB 18 and the trip is about 45 minutes from Raffles Shopping Centre.

It’s the 12th time booking into this hotel and I keep coming back because the location is convenient for me and front desk staff is good .I also love the amenities.The major problem I have however is cleanliness.Cleanliness is very poor .I realized that the cleaners don’t bother cleaning well during your stay .Yesterday I left for a meeting and came back to a dirty room.The dishes were not done ,the bathroom was not cleaned ,things were just the way I left them except for the bed .The pot and plates I found in the cupboard were not well washed from the last time the last guest used them .It’s like they just rinse with water and put into the cupboards for the next guest .The woman responsible for cleaning the 9th floor need to improve because this is not the first time .

🔥🔥🔥🔥 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beijing Somerset Daxing hotel and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The decor was modern and stylish, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay. The level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff.truly made my stay a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very professional and caring in terms of design, facilities and services. A friend who stayed here before had acute gastroenteritis and called an ambulance. The hotel had a dedicated person to help. This time, when I was on a business trip for a week and had not washed my clothes, I was able to check out later than the check-out time.

A very cost-effective hotel in Daxing, very close to Wanda Plaza. I have been here several times with my girlfriend. The facilities in the hotel are very good. The kitchenware is all Zwilling. The bed is also very soft and very comfortable to lie on. Because I have been here several times before, the front desk upgraded it to an executive king-size room this time. It is very spacious and the experience is very good. It is very suitable for couples who come to Daxing to play. The price is also very cost-effective. In my mind, Daxing Hotel Top 1

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright. There is also a tea room which is an enclosed space for discussing things. There are computers in the leisure center which are very convenient to use. The front desk service is great. The rooms are clean. The hotel has been open for 3 years and the facilities are also very new. The surrounding is very quiet. It is a very good hotel.

The facilities are relatively new, with a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms are very clean. The location is OK, free parking is available, it's a bit far from the subway but there are buses, and the surrounding is very quiet. The service attitude of the front desk and the room service is very harmonious. Overall, I am very satisfied and it is worth recommending.
