Best hotel we ever stayed!!! People in here is super nice! The service is wonderful. Hot Springs and spa amazing, room clean and beautiful. My daugher loved the Space for kids, wanted to stayed there all vacations. The breakfast was massive , delicious with special dishes for kids. Butler service 10/10....we are now planning to come back next year ( we are from Mexico ) , so if this place was closer to us we probably would go every month . Thanks to all the team !!! ... and chinise retaurant uff super delicious.!!!

We had a great stay at the Grand Bay Hotel! Luna contacted us the day before we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was perfect and the scenery at and around the hotel was gorgeous. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip.

The hotel, as well as the service, met my expectations and surpassed my wife's expectations. We were both very happy during our time in the hotel, as Luna was very helpful and attentive to our questions.

When we were driving to hotel, the hotel manager Ms Luna Zhang called me and asked when I would arrive hotel. We with my family wanted to go to hot springs before check-in in at 14.00 in order not to waste our time. When we arrived hotel at 12.00 Ms Luna gave us another pleasant surprise, she upgrade our room to bigger one free of charge as it was our first visit in this hotel. We checked in earlier and went to fantastic hot springs which located on the mountain and had different medical contents. Overall my family was very satisfied with all hotel’s facilities and had a good rest. Thank you Ms Luna for your job!

We were easily able to upgrade from a garden view to a room with a private pool. It was expensive but very worthwhile & we would go again for a special occasion. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and full of children (take your headphones!).

Excellent guest experience! Amy's butler service is superb! Like the hot spring and steam room facility and kids facility! Can tell that the staff are genuine and well-trained. Highly recommended for a relaxing and wellness experience!

This hotel has a great service and view. The manager Luna Zhang give us the best staying experience as we stay in hotel, she also give us free ice cream 😄 great experience

The hotel is great, the rooms are well-equipped, clean and sanitary, the hotel has complete entertainment facilities and the hot spring is great! Especially the housekeeper Luna Zhang's service was warm, thoughtful and meticulous. The reminders were very timely, which made our stay in the hotel very happy!

The house with private hot spring in the yard is large and clean. There are slippers for children and all kinds of supplies are complete. The minibar is free and can be used at any time. It is great. Before taking a private hot spring, a waiter will come to clean it up. It is very clean. The water temperature is about 40-42 degrees, which is very hot. There are many small pools in the public hot springs. There are not many people at mealtime, which is quite comfortable. The night view is great at night. My housekeeper is Bella, who is really super careful and patient. She will send various items to me in advance to choose from, help me reserve dinner seats, and care about whether there is enough water and whether the pillows need special pillows. It is great and I will come to play again!

The room is nice, and the open-air balcony faces the mountain view. The hot spring is very good and makes you feel happy after soaking. The children also like the children's playground. The small hot spring pool in the swimming pool is warmer and the children like to play in it. Bella's butler service is great, meticulous and thoughtful, recommended.

Disappointing stay I checked into Beijing Bay Half Mountain Hotel, expecting a comfortable journey, but I didn't expect to have such a bad experience. We clearly booked two rooms in advance, and when booking, we specifically emphasized that we hoped the rooms would be as close together as possible. We were also told that if we arrived early, we would try to arrange check-in in advance. But the fact is, we arrived at the hotel at 3 o'clock, but were told that there were no rooms available and asked us to wait in the lobby. It was not until 4:30 that a room was arranged for us. The long waiting time made us, who were already tired, even more irritated. The two rooms were not adjacent to each other as promised by the housekeeper. The room is far from the lobby. The hotel didn't deliver the takeaway we ordered to the room. We were very tired with the kids and had to make a special request to have it delivered to the room! Now all portable hotels have room delivery services. I thought that by paying such a price, I could enjoy considerate and thoughtful service, but the fact is that the hotel's service does not match the price at all, which makes people feel extremely disappointed. I will definitely not come to this hotel again. Strongly not recommended! !
