Ulasan Atour Hotel (Beijing Yansha Sanyuanqiao)

The room’s noise protection was so bad and I didn’t have great night sleep as the noise from the corridor and outside quite easily transferred to the room. I think the hotel sound work on the sound block in the hotel rooms.  The key card often not working when it comes to entering the gate before the lift lobby. I had to change my room key card 2-3 times during the stay. Sometimes it can be quite frustrating. I had an experience which the lift was not operating properly and I could not get down to the ground floor and I had to take the stairs, which was not a pleasant experience.  However, there is laundry service which is quite good and handy and it’s do it yourself and free. Detergent and softener are provided.

The room is very well designed and comfortable. The decoration has a good taste . Location is good , in a neighborhood near the embassies . NEGATIVE POINTS: towels smell cigarette . The costumers (obviously local people), don’t respect non-smoking rooms and they smoke inside those rooms . POSITIVE POINTS: Congee in the evening is a pleasant snack before going to bed . Final points: be patient when checking in because the customers behind might attempt to skip you on the line as they are always in the “ survival mode “ .

No recommendation. Considering the price there are much better options around. Entrance is difficult to find, hidden behind a big parking lot. Room is run down, with mold in the bathroom. I won’t come back

It’s Ok can be better

I stay here regularly and don’t normally have any issues. This time I got hounded to give a five star review! As in I kept on being asked and the person wanted to watch me do it. So the service has gone down because the last thing I want to get harassed about when I’m stressed about getting home is hotel staff trying to force me to give the review they want (instead of the one they deserve).

Friendly front desk staff,located in rather a quiet area

Had very nice time staying at this hotel. Staff don’t speak English, but despite this always helpful and polite. The room is big, light, and clean. Middle range price.

second time staying here. its set back off the road so its peaceful and very ckose to line 10 Liangmaqiao which is one stop from the caputal express line. Rooms are standard Atour quality and comfortable. This stay came with a bedroom, living room with mini fridge and ensuite. Breakfast is a mix of cold cuts and hot dshes as well as mini cakes and toast. Staff were absolutely wonderful. could not thank them enough for their help and support. very unusual Thursday night where there were simply no taxis to be had for an hour. i was in position 1 in all queues for 30 minutes and after 1 hour i finally got a cab. The two young staff on did their absolute best to try to get me a taxi too. so grateful for their efforts. it was just one of those strange nights.....no taxi Thursday! Everything else about my stay was excellent and i will certainy be back.

We came with two months old baby, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and the staffs are very helpful and Frienldy. Perfect location, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

For hotel personnel need to be better English language skills.

Really great location near manner coffee and a few breakfast places, 10 minutes to the metro station. Rooms are great value.

It’s was my first business trip to China and decided to stay in this hotel. Staff at front desk named Hao Ming was very helpful. He help me to call the taxi and I have difficultly of my payment and he helped me out on this. Really impress! Housekeeper on 2nd floor was really nice and attentive. Would love to recommend this hotel!
