It is an excellent hotel to stay. Rooms are very spacious, larger than most other hotels in Beijing, and the lobby is grand and comfortable. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr Wang Xingsong （王薪淞）at the reception desk. I contacted him on Wechat on two occasions. He was very friendly and responded straight away, even on a weekend night when he was off duty, and resolved our requests straightaway on each occasion. Will definitely stay again.

感受十分糟糕的一次五星級酒店體驗，一是前台接待服務很生硬，不熱情；山東人到北京想住在泰山賓館，誰想到事與願違！二是酒店沒有配備一次性牙刷、刮鬚刀，給客房服務電話，竟然是機器接電話，無法交流，訴求無法及時解決；三是衞生間設施簡陋，淋浴房往外流水，墊子、拖鞋全濕，也不好意思找客服換拖鞋！四是五星級酒店，找房間服務要了蕎麥皮枕頭，竟然要求抄了一段50多字的好評。第二天住在北京飯店，感受全然不同。一次性牙刷等的配備，那一個規定説事，感覺沒有説服力。上了張照片。
