Ulasan Holiday Inn Beijing Temple of Heaven

We had a Great stay in b. Duck room. My kid really enjoyed himself.

Stay was overall fine. We got a kids room so there were toys and a tent which was nice. Overall service was fine. The front desk people were nice but didn’t always understand what I was asking in English so had to figure a few things out in my own. Breakfast was decent and the area was safe and near several metros. Could see the temple of Heaven from the room. That was a bonus.

Just got back from an awesome trip to Beijing and have to give a shoutout to the hotel where we stayed. The place was super nice, the pool was perfect for cooling off, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joseph Wang, who totally went above and beyond for us. He's in charge of guest services and helped us plan out our sightseeing, recommending some amazing spots to spend an evening away from the main streets. Thanks to him, we got to experience the real Beijing, not just the touristy stuff.

I extended 1 more day, besides my booking for 3 days. I had to face the inconvenience of my key card bot working as the gentleman didn’t bother to check and setup the key card access in spite of me walking to him after the breakfast to confirm. My key card didn’t work when I returned in the evening being tired and the gentleman was not even apologetic and didn’t even he “ he is sorry about it or for the inconvenience “. The staff doesn’t speak a word of English except the gentleman who didn’t extend my key card access after asking me so about my additional day.!when I wanted to go for a quick massage, the front office person “ Nora Sun” was so careless that without checking she said “ maybe they are closed” . Than I had to show this picture as attached , which says it’s until 2am. Than she calls and checks. What a ridiculous and careless attitude she has while attending the customers…. She needs to go back to training and learn basics first. Overall, nothing really great the hotel had done for staying at an Executive apartment. Service level was just average and below average in some cases.

Great customer service. Good value for money, very close to Temple of Heaven (walking distance) and subway station.

Good hotel , subway need to walk to arrive , furniture need to renew

Really it’s not a 4 star hotel. The rooms was so old and bathrooms seems you are staying in a 1 star hotel. Pool used for kids swim training and I was not confident to use that place, spa and massage was awful. I never back to this hotel and never recommend to anyone. I expected more than this about holidays inn chain hotels.

the hotel was clean and nice ! Hoteliers were kind and some could speak little English :) btw foreigners ARE allowed to stay here! no worries! (Tho my friends and I are living in China at the moment)

Staff was greate, location so-so, rooms are very old, but clean.
