Ulasan putaoyuanzi Hotel

Ini pertama kalinya saya menjumpai hotel seperti ini, dengan sikap pelayanan yang buruk dan tutur kata yang kaku. Setelah check in, saya pergi ke kamar yang ada di lantai dua. Saya membawa mantel keluarga saya, tiga ransel, dan satu tas troli sendirian. Pelayan yang memimpin jalan bahkan tidak tahu cara membantu pelanggan membawa barang bawaan. Ulasan yang buruk! Keesokan harinya setelah makan malam, enak atau tidaknya makanan itu dikesampingkan. Sikap pelayan restoran itu sungguh buruk. Seolah-olah saya berutang padanya. Sikapnya sangat buruk! Ngomong-ngomong soal kebersihan, ada rambut di tempat tidur! Pengalamannya sangat buruk!

Good location, able to walk to Qianmen walking street. Breakfast is okay, the staff can't speak well English. Reasonable price.

Location is well located, walkable to all the main walking streets with plenty of eateries. Room is super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and high tea set provided is superb. Only downside is the water shower heater is not stable all the time. Other than that all is good and totally recommended.

Good service, and Good environment with friendly staffs

This hotel in general was fine except for one thing the stinky smell of towels, over all other things are good.

Location is a little bit inconvenient as it is not located next to main road., but within the old 胡同，This boutique hotel make it up with friendly service, warm breakfast and cozy reception environment.. Cat lovers will like this place. Room wise is OK ,just that in the bath room there is no hooks to hang your clothes.

Good location, one of the best services what i meet in China. Really cheap cafeteria breakfast, and delicious. Nice rooms without bad smell, gorgeous interior, and beautiful price. Really recommend it

A very convenient and nice family hotel in the hudong. Large rooms, very good beds and you can make use of the washing machines. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants and eateries.

Cosy and clean hotel located in one of the Hutong. The billow and mattress are quite comfy. The hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Only thing is the TV programmes are mostly not available to watch during our 5 days stay.

This is a very fun trendy little hotel if you want to stay in a hutong. Downside is that you'll be doing some walking in and out each day and taxis are hesitant to stop on the nearby street. There's a subway relatively nearby which is a plus, and the laundry room is also convenient. The cats are a great distraction for kids to play with. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about, but solidly good. Heated floors are good until the room is hot enough you need to crack a window to moderate it. The beds and pillows are absolutely a dream to sleep on. With the outdoor patio, this would be an ideal summer spot to stay. A small map of various shops in the nearby hutong would be convenient.
