The hotel is inside the Terminal 3, very convenient and suitable for the customers who arrive late or have an early flight.

I have 17 hours waiting in the airport with my daughter , I booked JHOTEL because inside on airport and I was surprised how easy to find close to food court and very comfortable. You can find everything that you need. We arrived at 10am and left 11pm. Amazing bathroom, big 65' Tv ,comfortable bed. Very clean room. Highly recommend. Next my travel definitely book this hotel.

Hostel? Capsule Hotel? Whatever it is, tiny room without bathroom or shower. Shared bath and toilet outside. I guess near my room, 4 units and the cleanliness of them... bearable but not pleasant. I guess the "hostel" concept is not bad, but it is not for me, and I will not stay there in the future.

NO A/C. 🥵
I just wanted a hot shower and a cold room, to sleet 4 hours but there is no air conditioner or windows in the room. I couldn’t believe so I asked the front desk man twice, and he kind of rude confirmed that is the airport AC is of, then the hotel don’t have AC.
At the end they brought me a small fun, that I think they use in the bathroom because it had some dirt marks like pee drop or something disgusting.
Convenient location but not worth it to pay more than double the price of any other JI hotel. Next time I will just get a taxi to a place near by.

The hotel’s conditioning and ventilation is very poor. The staff informed us that it is all central controlled by the airport and they will contact the airport to get our room’s ventilation turned on. After multiple attempts, the ventilation has not been turned on. The hotel staff was nice to have offered to bring us a fan.
But I honestly don’t think there is any ventilation in there.

Book 2 double rooms for me and my family, 4 persons in total. Yes the price is a little bit high but its inside the airport in terminal 3c. When exiting turn right and go approx 300m. The rooms had a nice touch and were very nice decorated and very clean. Good beds also.The staff was a bit reserved but all good. I would definitely book this hotel again since you will not need a transfer, you are inside the airport, you are saving much time and its very much quite. Our rooms we booked had a private shower and toilet. Room size was good enough for 2 persons in each room for a very good night sleep.
