A very cozy villa. Great view from the balcony. Dinner and breakfast included, good service.

The location and views are amazing. The owner of the villa is a very positive woman. The room is cozy, warm, spacious, has everything you need. There are several relaxation areas around the pool, the pool is clean even in the off-season. Of the minuses - the door to the room did not lock, but perhaps I did not understand. There is a gorgeous beach nearby.

The house is built on the top of a mountain. It has two bedrooms and one living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom and washing machine are satisfactory. It is clean. There is a swimming pool outside the door. The yard environment is very good and the surrounding area is very quiet at night.

The room is big enough for a family trip. The hotel enjoys a prime location overlooking the entire town of Kas. Very quiet at night, away from the noise from the town centre. The butler is warm and generous and will answer any questions you have. The only drawback is that the homestay does not have shower gel and shampoo, which makes it a bit awkward to take a shower after coming back from the sea. Hope it will be provided later.

The location is very good, very recommended, five-star hotel standards, but you have to drive there yourself. . The breakfast is also very good. The view on the top floor is worth appreciating. Looking forward to seeing you next time.

The surrounding environment is very good and the house is also very nice

This was my third stay at this hidden gem and it just gets better and better! The gardens and pool area have been delightfully updated and the family that live on the ground floor of the main villa cannot do enough to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. A 5 star hotel it is not but the warmth and support of the hosts make this a 5 star stay in my opinion. It is a short walk down a hill to Big Pebble Beach with its array of cafe-type restaurants. I recommend ADA restaurant where I had the most delicious sea bream imaginable. Kas town is just a short taxi ride away (or a longer walk if you can manage the hilly terrain). The view from the villa itself is outstanding and is worth visiting if only to experience the glorious sunsets. Solo guests, as well as others, can rest assured they will have all the support they need to navigate this beautiful country and its language. The owners are happy to arrange boat trips, car hire, drivers and other trips to make your stay a truly wonderful experience and it is excellent value for money in a part of the world that is becoming more expensive as word gets out what a fabulous place it is to have an idyllic holiday!

The villa is in the perfect spot if you are looking for a laid back calm holiday with an amazing view. Owners are amazing and always there for your needs. Looking forward to come here again. Definitely! If you want to enjoy an unforgettable Kaş Experience, this is the place!

The views over the bay are lovely I went with my two adult children and wife and both had their own rooms. Swimming pool and barby to use It’s essentially a new build in their garden but more than happy to share. A short drive into town so peaceful at night

Thanks to Villa Dundar for the welcome, the establishment was really great, the person who welcomed us was really great by being very caring despite our personal problems during this trip. The view from the pool was incredible for the sunset and the room had everything you needed. I highly recommend this place!

A wonderful, very cozy place. Beautiful views of the sea with islands and Kas. And what sunsets there are here, you can sit at a table next to the pool with a glass of wine and enjoy! Anya is a very sincere person, she will always help with everything, she will even make coals for barbecue)) we will definitely come back, we miss her
