Courtyard Bay City

I would recommend this hotel . Breakfast was in walking distance Up town Grill ..good food and we walked in with a big group.. Hotel pool was very clean and in good condition

Loved our room, but wished there was a table and chairs available. The fixtures in the tub were difficult to use, as the handle to the faucet came off. Difficult to maintain comfortable temperature. Friendly staff

Very relaxing stay and needed that after a long trip. Will stay again in the not so distant future.

I forgot to request hypoallergenic bedding, but when I checked in they quickly prepared a room for us. The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was spacious and the shower was nice. There are plenty of dining options in the area. This was our first visit here and will stay again next time we are in the area.

Our room had a wet area of the room floor emanating from the AC. Front door was a slider and it needed servicing and our room was on the second floor above the door so all night whenever the door opened or closed it sounded like someone was dragging a metal can across our room

Second time in a month I stay at the property. I was impressed the first enough to book a family stay there a second time. I really liked the location of this property. Eateries literally a block walk from the property.

Everything went extremely well. A Nice, clean, and comfortable stay. Except I could hear people walking around upstairs over me. It didn't stop until after 11:00 pm and started again around 7:00 am.

Really wonderful. Nice staff, right on the edge of the Saginaw River. Walk under 100 ft to a steakhouse, seafood place, luncheon cafe, or pizza parlor.
