in a central location. clean. the room was cleaned every day. towels were changed every day. If we come to Batumi again, we will stay here again. thanks.

酒店地理位置優越，房間空間很大，雖稍顯陳舊但設施齊全，冬天入住温暖舒適。值得推薦的是，這裏擁有絕好的早餐，不僅品種豐富，味道不錯，店主和店員也非常熱情好客，會拿出很好的葡萄酒招待客人，咖啡味道也很棒。坐落在頂層的餐廳視野開闊，能通過旋轉樓梯上到樓頂的平台上欣賞風景。是我一定願意推薦的一家酒店。

在老城區，周圍街道比較窄，有不少小餐廳和小超市，設施比較老了，有一個很小的陽台；頂樓餐廳可以看老城的一些風景，服務小夥比較熱情。

Otelde herşey eskiydi. Temizlik güven vermiyor. İmternet odalarda çalışmıyor. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz.

離海邊很近，就在古城裡邊，到哪逛都挺方便的。設施有些老舊。

還可以，比較乾淨，性價比比較合適！

Just don't. You'll be greeted by a stale cigarette smoke, although the hotel is hypothetically non-smoking. Gruff and rather rude staff, lack of care and overall very Soviet periphery feel to this place. We moved into a third floor room, facing the street. The mildew smell in the room was faint with the balcony open. If you close the balcony and turn on AC, mildew stench blossoms into allergy-inducing levels. The floors were dirty, towels were rough AND dirty (photos attached), and did not smell clean. At nearly 100 bucks a night, I was at least expecting a clean room and a modicum of care from the staff. When I brought this up to the staff, I got the "some people have dirty hotels and some prior have dirty countries" as a response from the front desk clerk. I'd avoid this place, unless you feel like getting the rude treatment rom the staff and leaving with a few skin diseases. Oh, and the "free breakfast" is not free if you want coffee or something other than stale sandwiches. Avoid.

Basic, but clean accommodation. We got what we needed. Extremely helpful and friendly personnel. We would in particular express our gratitude to Omar, for making our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast up at the roof terrace was great! Highly recommended!

A nice hotel with a perfect location, within walking distance from the city centre, restaurants and fun. The staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortably warm in this cold season. We really enjoyed the breakfast atmosphere as the meal is served on top of the building with a great view over the city and the sea, and you can even see the Caucasus range. The rooftop terrace is a gem. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is very convenient, walking distance to every must see locations in Batumi. Staff is super helpful and friendly, providing a hospitable atmosphere that reflects the real Batumi. The price is very reasonable, making it a great choice for those who don't seek a glitzy, luxury experience. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent breakfast options at their terrace which has a unique high view over the town, port, and mountains. For an authentic experience of Batumi with family like environment and a convenient location in Old Batumi, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Great location, friendly stuff with always smiling faces, comfy room and variety at the breakfast, stayed a night as transit but for sure it is our future location to stay always, available parking, terrace breakfast with great view. One of kind place to stay

Staff was great, price was good and room was large. Some of the people in the area were quite noisey, but this isnt the fault of the hotel.

Clean, warm and cosy in the rather basic room, but no creamer with the tea tray. Facilities were adequate, though would've liked an extra pillow. Buffet breakfast was OK, at the roof top terrace area.

Very polite and friendly stuff, room cleaned every day, every day clean towels. Breakfasts included in room price but unfortunately those were quite pour. Location is excellent: very close to city tourist centre, to the cable car and to great number of restaurants. I would visit hotel again in case of visiting Batumi.
