I think the summary of it all is that they should call it a motel or bed and breakfast really but with the absence of breakfast . It’s not your norm of what a hotel would look like especially in the city, the building is really old so it’s rooms feel same too, the rug is brown and old and bathroom shower old and not functioning so well. There wasn’t anyone at reception to check me in upon arrival and even open the door at initial stance to even enter the reception . Was barely lucky I saw some guests outside that helped me get in.. these are a few things I wanted to write on. So basically if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night and dash out the morning after with zero options and expectations then this could work for u otherwise you really don’t wanna be booking a night here. Sorry to say

辦入住在一棟小樓,住在鄰樓,辦入住的前台早晚沒人值班,鎖大門,熱水上不到噴噴頭,按了近10分鐘門鈴,才懶懶得出來,到我屋裡搗鼓一下就走,説找人來修,一看就是瞎話,累了一天沒澡洗。第二天見面沒事人一樣,嘴上道歉都沒有, 房間非常小,免強放一個箱子就轉不開, 就沖這愛搭不理的服務就不推薦。

Absolutely awful. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 2 employees who checked in and promptly checked out. Rooms were dirty, not fit for someone to sleep in. Spoke to the Customer Service Team who agreed to refund us, this was over a month a go. Every time I call I am fobbed off with another reason why the refund hasn't been returned. Shocking behavior. We will be seeking legal action against OYO.

This place is a disgrace. Had it booked and was looking forward to my short trip. When I arrived the hotel was all locked up, nobody at reception, rang the bell but nothing. Rang the phone number displayed on the door and the one on Google, straight to voicemail. I was standing outside for a good half hour when I finally accepted that this place must be a scam. I had to book other accommodation for my trip as a result. Luckily the holiday company I booked through got me a refund but it put a huge dampener on my trip. It was my first time travelling solo mind so to have something that severe go wrong was horrible. They never reached out to me to apologise or anything.

I would not stay in this property again we had a disgusting fridge , shower the ceiling was falling apart there was a fist mark in the door the furniture was broken it was disgusting

The Hotel looked very rundown from the outside and the room smelled stale, paper peeling off the walls and the skirting boards were black with either mildew/dust/dirt or possibly all 3. I couldn't stay there and turned round and walked away.

Rated 1 star as there is no option for zero. OK, so we live in Newcastle, my brother is buried in East Finchley, so needed somewhere to rest our heads instead of driving 12 hours in 1 day. Found this place, looked basic, but all we needed was somewhere clean to sleep and away first thing following morning. So we pulled up outside......and knew straight away what we were going to walk in to, filthy. The girl on reception checked us in gave us our keys for both rooms. Entered 1st room my parents and sister were staying in, turned my nose up straight away very very very basic, didn't look thoroughly, went to mine and hubby's room, opened door and disgusting smell hit us straight away, I thought someone had been smoking. My husband went straight to bathroom and shouted of me. I am not joking, every single inch of ceiling was covered in mould/damp. You couldn't even see what colour it was painted, absolutely vile!! The shower curtain which was meant to be metal was only in 1 piece due to all the rust on it!! The toilet, well that was probably the cleanest thing in the room.....again, vile!! My parents are both in their 70s, with COPD, and my dad also has lung disease, there was no way we were going to let him stay there breathing in god knows what, and their bathroom although wasn't AS bad as ours, still had mould and also ready to fall in by the looks of things. So long story short, we took hobos, locked the rooms and went back to reception, and told the young girl who works there we weren't staying. She couldn't have been nicer, said totally understood and we needed to get intouch with booking com. We have been refunded straight away, which is all well and good. But this "hotel" needs checked by places that are taking bookings. In desperate need of attention!!!

When we entered the room it was completly damp. The walls and ceilings are covered in mold and its a health hazzard to stay in. Water doesnt run on the 3th floor. And when we checked in they didnt have room for us eventho we booked in advance. The lady at the desk was nice tho!
