Great location, clean room, warm service at check in desk & when i called ahead to ask about parking was given a polite answer from receptionist. Would be happy to come back & visit soon - thanks everyone for a stress free stay at hotel!

I was surprised to see bad reviews about this hotel. The hotel has so many corridors but the hotel room was clean with functioning electronic appliances like TV and small fridge. Clean bedsheets and work space is available as well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly yet quality stay in the London area.

Sound insulation is poor. Sound from the hallway is clear and you can hear people talking. Towels are not clean and with stains. It takes around 10 mins to get to Golders Green station. If my daughter did not study nearby, I would not choose this hotel.

I wasn’t expecting the Ritz for the price but the hotel is just what I needed for an overnight stay…it was clean and comfy, better than a place my friend stayed at a higher price. Breakfast was OK, but lacked certain foods I’d prefer for breakfast, but I can understand why due to location and certainly not complaining about it. All in all this is a place to stay if visiting the sites around London for a few days and needing somewhere to put your head down each night. I’d certainly come back again though if in the area visiting

Booked this hotel as was going to a concert at Wembley, easy access to Wembley via bus. Room was clean and basic enough for 1 night. Stayed in room 20 which is avoid again as it was like an attic with a very small window which wouldn't open much so felt a little claustrophobic Apart from feel like I was in an attic no other problems:)

We stayed in Room 34 – I would recommend avoiding this room if possible. The corridor outside and the room above both had very squeaky floorboards, which meant we were woken early when other guests left the hotel. On arrival, the bathroom had a very strong chemical smell. We later found out this was to mask the smell of urine that developed by day 2. Possible pipe leak below the floor? That being said, the hotel itself has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, and the free on-site parking is a big plus. I think if we had been placed on the top floor, our stay would have been much more pleasant.

It was a very bad experience. The hotel is full of corridors. You cannot reach the room easily. I cancelled my reservation on the same day. The rooms are very hot and there are no cooling devices. I do not recommend it for the elderly. There is noise inside the hotel.

We spent here 4 nights in august. Receptionists were always very nice to us. Our room was tidy and clean when we first arrived and also every evening when we came back after our daily trips. They provided big bottles of soap, shower gel and shampoo, which was more convenient than sample-sized versions we´re used to. Although the shower cubicle was quite small with low ceiling and we found some mold inside, it wasn´t a big problem. The biggest issue was the absence of an air conditioning as our room was in the attic and it only had a small window, so it was always really hot in there. We were offered breakfast, but wanted to try traditional English breakfast in the centre of London, so we can´t speak about quality of food here. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Location only good if this is where u want to be, which I did for family visit, But the room was not clean, they just emptied garbage and gave a new towel really, carpet stank as never even vacuumed, very hot , and the building fire Alarm Went off if you had a steamy shower. Happened multiple times. Aside from that it was great. lol.
