I had to return early morning next day due to a sudden change in my program and i wanted that my booking should be converted to 'room only” type and money charged for meals refunded to me. But the hotel refused to obelize stating that since the booking had been done through makemytrip, they could not help in the matter.

The hotel was good with staff behaviour but was average with respect to infra, the next morning electricity kept going on and off, which was fixed in 5-10 mins each time, till that time you have to stay in total darkness. Also hotel not recommeded for the people going for some exam purpose, as there are late night parties which can create a lot of disturbance in your sleep.

3. Hotel is good but its small hotel with 2-3 restaurant with 19 rooms. But rooms are comfrtable there servies is takkng too much time. About brrakfast there are only 2 option pratha or omlete which need to improve and serve proper breakfast with atleast 3-4 option. Their tv have very less or no channel for spending some time in room. There are only sports channel

GGuest UserHotel was nice. Everyone must visit there but i would like to say something about cleaning and maintenance to hotel management. There was lot of cockroaches in my room near bed table and terrace was not clean also. I will visit again but please consider this.

GGuest UserI was in usa when i booked hotel mansarovar, bareilly. Mr. Rajendra prasad made the hotel stay personable with homely caring in a very clean and well managed hotel. The environment was very friendly and comfortable in a good area. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Highly recommended.
