The staff is very helpful and nice. He suggested me the cheaper self laundry near the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is very good, just a few minutes walking distance between the hotel and the attractions. However, the water supply (shower) is quite weak. Maybe I lived on 7/F.

a nice place, but no bar area, and the pool was very shallow, and for some reason should really host a bar in the evening .. the staff were a bit frosty, and i couldnt find any way of turning off the lights at night, so had to sleep with the lights on. not ideal, luckily i was tired.

房間很大，設計非常現代化，交通便利，前台熱情友好，跟前台聊天，他説住我們酒店的好多中國人都會説西班牙語，當時沒反應過來，後來一想，原來附近就是巴塞隆拿大學，估計把我當學生了

Todo estaba muy bien pero encontramos que el aire acondicionado estaba programado para verano. A la una de la mañana llamamos al desk que subió i lo arreglo.

服務很好，前台熱情友好。吐槽的點也不少：房間很黑、金屬感很強，一個人住感覺很冷清；熱水出來得很慢，2分鐘吧才能到能洗澡的程度；插座的設計也很不友好，沒有USB插電口，床頭也沒有插座。早餐是歐陸早餐，很一般。

Absolutely amazing hotel start to finish. Check in staff very friendly and gave us lots of great tips/recommendations. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our Honeymoon with a surprise bottle of fizz to our room! Thank you again!! Room spotlessly clean; very quiet. Location: very close to airport bus, and right next to metro station. 10-15 min walk to Plaça de Cataluna and lots of shops/restaurants. Area felt safe at night; unlike a little bit more centrally. Would recommend 100%
